When there is other content that you want to read (like this book), join the tier that contains it (the $3 tier), read to your heart’s content over the next month, then drop back down to free with a couple of clicks—no phone calls, no customer service reps, no fuss, no additional monthly charges. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you want to support monthly, by all means do that, but if you don't... No harm, no foul.

Why have I done this awful thing? Why did I take the rest of the story down? It wasn’t my first choice, trust me. It also wasn’t the money.
