The need to have a proper baby delivery experience was ensured by Segun’s father for Yetunde who was riding on the shoulders of Giant!

The private specialist hospital where Yetunde was to deliver her baby had it so good. Ever since the establishment of the medical Centre, the management have not been all that lucky to have a client or patient like Yetunde whose father-in-law was fully prepared to over spend part of his fortune on delivery services being rendered by the organization.

More so that good quality health care delivery is costly and highly expensive these days. But when money was made available by Segun’s father like an open cheque, both the doctors and nurses including the midwives performed excellently well.

Indeed, money is a good motivator. The health and medical personnel’s were inspired and well encouraged to perform ultimately. All that was needed to ensure Yetunde and the coming baby arrived without any hassles were made standby. No stone was left unturned. Nothing was taken for granted. It was a new perspective on quality of health care services offered for a special and highly unique client that was made available. The treatment from day one of Yetunde admission to the hospital was the treatment of a VIP [Very Important Person] throughout.

And thank God that made everything to work together for good and perfectly well has planned. Both the money and efforts were not put to shame.

The heavy tommy Yetunde was at the special hospital for few days when having some feelings and discomfort with her pregnancy. Although, she was about time to have her baby as calculated on the clinical records.

In his words to the Chief Medical Doctor of the Hospital, Segun’s father said:

’’ Please, and please, ensure that both the mother and child arrived safely, let there be no regrets of any kind.

I hope your hospital will maintain the reputation and long standing records in handling cases of this nature.’’

And he left the hospital premises, wishing Yetunde the very best!

‘’We shall do our best, and God will not disappoint us’’

The surgeon-in-charge responded and waved at the Ibadan Billionaire who drove out of the hospital premises.

Immediately he left, the medical personnel’s spur into action in giving intensive care to the expected mother. They were highly motivated and inspired to render a quality health service. They were well paid for the task ahead.

Meanwhile, Yetunde almost had suicidal thoughts or behavior despite her condition as a pregnant woman in the state or condition to deliver soonest. She was under a very close watch for reasons.

The delivery of Yetunde’s pregnancy was a misery and amazing. There was no complications at was no complications at all as earlier envisaged by the team of medical experts from the clinical records during the anti-natal period. Due to severe worries that the pregnant mother experienced that almost led to depression. The chance of Yetunde’s survival was based on 50/50 at first.

Eventually, there was a turn of events. The child’s delivery was smooth, fair and without any complications. Thank God that manifested his power and favor. Both the mother and the new born baby were alright and there was nothing to panic.

Explained vividly the chief medical Director has he handled the newly born baby to his mother. Both Segun and his father were in attendance right inside the private ward of the hospital with few nurses, a midwife, anaesthesiologist and a physician assistant.

The medical experts who attended to Yetunde’s delivery showed great dexterity in their operations to avoid any health risks to her or the unborn child. They ensured a swift and hitch free delivery process.  ‘’May God forbid bad thing!’’

The ingenuity of the medical professional who handled Yetunde’s pregnancy delivery were greatly appreciated for doing a good and highly impressive service.

That Yetunde was able to deliver safely without any surgical operations called for a heart-felt gratitude both from the medical personnel’s and the family involved. The efforts put in place was crowned by good God. Yetunde had a successful child birth and the new baby born was equally alive. The ground did not break; nor the water inside spit off!

Like a mother who seeks to watch over her kids through a ‘’long night’’ was their actions ever before Yetunde could become a mother of the first grandchild ever to be born into the family of Ajorosun billionaire.

Both Segun, the amiable husband and his beloved father were extremely elated and full of joy. Thank God that their expected joy was not crippled. The journey was without fear or rear bean of hope. It was a fully blow divine favour experience from the creator who was merciful unto them.

The midwife and matron of the hospital prayed for both the mother and the new-born baby and she left to attend to other demanding issues inside the main ward with an embracing remarks. The vibe of baby-ward was felt by all and sundry.

Undoubtedly, all the midwives and the hospital attendance including the security staff smiled to the bank for witnessing the successful birth of a billionaire grandson who brought fortunes to the premises on that on forgettable day. Both the families and relatives of Yetunde heard the good news of Gods goodness and came from and near to facilitate with their daughter for the first child birth.

The mother-in –law of Yetunde was equally around. She was the first to dash the boy a beautiful gift of white Holy Bible that was place by the pillow where the baby slept. Segun mother was also the one that carried the baby with wrapper cloth at her back went they left the hospital for home. She was full of joy to the extent that if a horse who be made to run a race inside her stomach; such a racing horse will never fall or stumble. Indeed, she had the best of favour from God.   

Segun sighed in relief, while thanking God for seeing both the baby and his mother alive, hale and hearty. The measure of his joy and happiness knew no gauge at that moment. He rejoiced and was highly joyful for what he saw. ‘’The hand of God ‘’ in demonstration. He prayed for his lovely wife that made his dream of having a son as the first child possible:

‘’ Yetunde, may your grace never seize. May your poise remain? May you be granted elevation in all fronts and may all the desires of your mind come to pass in due time….Your health shall never reversed or depreciate in Jesus name, Amen and Amen!!!’’

‘’To God Be the Glory!’’ Yetunde, the mother of the new baby exclaimed as she knelt down to horror God for what she experienced. She sang some songs of praise to God that did amazing thing for her. People around equally joined her in singing the chorus.

Both the families, relatives, friends and well-wishers including people from Ikole-Ekiti, the home town of Yetunde’s father got the news and trooped into the hospital to facilitate with Yetunde for the child’s birth. They were served with various gift items, snacks and take-away in appreciation of such visits. In addition, the hospital assistance, the security guards on duty and gate-man got a share of the cash donation from Segun’s father. They all smiled to the bank in a big way. They never had it that way. It was completely an unusual experience.

 Really, no joy can be covered with cloth; Things of happiness like this are created to be celebrated! The people were truly overjoyed and highly relieved.

 Now with the new born baby boy, going forward smoothly was made possible once again. Arrangement began by the family to leave the hospital for home in preparation for the naming ceremony that will hold according to traditional rites eight days after a child’s birth.

 The good news of the child’s birth was spreading to other family members, relatives, neighbours, friends and well-wishers that Yetunde had put to bed a promising bouncing baby boy.

 Segun proved to be a man by beating his wife to the game for making her bear a boy instead. When a woman gives birth to a male child in Yoruba culture; it is humorously agreed the husband have won the match.  Equally, it is usually a joyful experience to most families when they are so lucky to receive the gift of a male-child from God.

Also, in Yoruba land, the birth of first child goes with glamour. And in the case of Yetunde who gave birth to a son was a special and high-rated privilege.

As it all went, the timely birth of Yetunde’s child birth rubbished all the perceptions and wrong notions that the mother could be a fairy that goes or vanish miserably during delivery due to her exceptional beauty bestow on her like an angel in human skin. Yetunde in some quarters was assumed to be an ‘’Ogbaje’’-the mother of African fairy!

However, thank God, the reverse was the case this time around. The story with Yetunde was not like what the enemies envisaged it to be. Instead of crying and wailing, the family of Segun have the full cause to rejoice and be glad! The garment of sorrow became unfit and oversized for them to wear. Therefore, they must rejoice and make the talking drums to speak aloud.

Indeed, the sound of joy with big smiles must occupy the air. The good people of Ibadan city must feel the impact of a new child born into a wealthy family circle. Undoubtedly, money would be made to talk louder than before.

A proof that joy visited a rich-man’s mansion can never be a hidden agenda. What will make them understand that ‘’Ajorosun’’ and the ‘’Son of the Soil’’ are never afraid when it comes to display of wealth is now on the way.

Said the Ibadan Billionaire when he presented a money cheque of #50000000 Million Naira in support of the hospital development together with the donation of 25000KVA giant power generator and some hospital equipment including 10 wheel-chairs for the use of patients.

The Chief Medical Director and the head of administration of the specialist hospital received the donation on behalf of hospital management. He expressed their appreciation for the unparalleled kind gesture and prayed for more blessings and sound health for Segun’s father who did what was rare and uncommon for the hospital.

‘’We shall forever remember you in our good books’’

He submitted.

The people around who witnessed the presentations were amazed and greatly impressed. It was the first of its kind to be experienced by the private hospital.

‘’If all the rich and wealthy people in our society can have such spirit of generosity in sharing and supporting the health sector, a lot of poor masses would have access to quality health care’’.

The Medical Director concluded in his closing remarks.

That is the man for you! The Ibadan born business mogul and politician will never hold back whatever he decided to do when it comes to sharing his fortune with others in need. Nobody could match him when it comes to supporting different courses in the society. It is a habit that cannot be erased from Segun’s father.
