The wooden plane is the same length and parallel to the bottom two sides of the roof plane. The form of this house is a house on stilts which is 40-60 cm above ground level with stairs on the terrace of the house.

The main material for making the walls of this house is woven bamboo which they probably took from the forest in the middle of the island. It looks fragile but is very sturdy when the bamboo supports each other thus making a very strong structure.
