Dining Area, Survivor’s camp

Adin comes and sits near Darius.

Adin - Hey, I wanna ask something.

Darius - Yeah sure. What is it?

Adin (speaks in his ears) - How did you transform into that Beast?

Darius (quietly) - what are you saying?

Adin - I know that the beast was you.

Darius - What made you say that?

Adin - Those beasts don’t speak, but your beast does and after hearing him, Your voice came to mind.

Darius - that was not me. I'm pretty sure it was just a……

Adin - I know It's you, because I saw it in the movies that the hero always covers his identity and you are doing the same, (loudly) YOU ARE A SUPERHERO.

Everyone starts looking at Darius and Adin, Darius covers Adin’s mouth and takes him outside.

Darius (covering the situation up) - Thanks for asking Adin, But I can’t join you in the little play game, as I have other important work to do. By the way let's go outside, we should not disturb the one eating here. 

 As Darius moves toward the door, Miko Opens the door, 

Miko - where are you going beast boy?

 Darius thinks that Miko somehow overheard the conversation from the window close to from the spot they were sitting.

Darius - Just to take some fresh air, it's so hot in here.

Darius and Adin go out.

Darius - Look Adin, you should not call me with strange names in public.

Adin - superhero is not strange.

Darius - Yeah but it will make people suspicious of why you are calling me this.

Adin - Ok.

Darius - hah………. Why didn’t you tell anyone about this?

Adin - Because if I tell anyone, they will lock you up and do experiments on you.

Darius - What made you think like that?

Adin - I saw it happen in many alien movies, they first lock the alien and then experiment on them and then the alien gets angry and kills everyone. I don’t want you to be that alien….. That would be scary.

Darius - I have to say. You’re a nerd. You remind me of Hugo.

Miko eavesdropped on the conversation

Miko - Who is hugo?

Darius - A friend of mine… (surprised) Wait, where did you come?

Miko - Just now, it looks like you are having an interesting conversation here.

Darius - what did you hear?

Miko - everything.

Adin - everything?

Miko - from the very beginning to the very end.

Darius - Ah, Miko, you were eavesdropping again.

Adin sees Darius with an expression

Adin - You thought I’ll tell a lie after what you did.

Darius - Hey, it’s not like I ever said he was telling a Lie.

Miko - Anyway, we can come to this talk later as well, we should discuss the important matter first.

Darius - Like what.

Miko - Like your full story, I wanna know everything. Like how you came on this planet, how do you transform into a human and what's your objective, is it you wanna wipe us out or something else.

Darius - wait wait wait, what gives everyone the idea that I am some kind of alien, and what made you think I’ll tell you anything.

Miko looks in Darius' eyes as she was looking in his soul

Mike - Oh you are very gonna tell me everything you alien monkey beast boy or I am gonna tell the whole camp that you're a potential danger.

Darius - What you little shit, you are blackmailing me?

Miko - Oh, Don’t cuss in front of the child, where are your manners, don’t say, you never learned that.

Darius sees her with irritation….

Miko - By the way, for your information, I am blackmailing you, You got 5 minutes. so better decide fast.

Darius - Guess there is no winning from you, fine I’ll tell, you stubborn…...

Miko - Ah! Ah! Cussing again, You literally don’t have manners.

Darius tells everything to Miko, and Adin. being there in that moment, they learned everything excluding the ones he lost in his journey.

Miko - I see now, that’s what happened till 9 months ago, and today you used that power to escape from the horde. It all makes sense now.

Adin - Yeah you should see Darius killing all those monsters, it was super cool.

Miko - However, there is still this missing point, What’s the nature of your power?

Darius (confusingly) - Ha? Nature?

Miko - when did you get these powers in the first place?

Darius - I don't exactly know how I got these powers.

Miko - OK, I see you are not lying, your eyes say that.

Darius - Ofcourse I am not.

Miko - So when will I meet him?

Darius - Meet who?

Miko - The beast, I think we should not call your other form the beast form, It’s kinda common word, so what should we call it, A titan, Nah lame, A juggernaut, Nope It feels sooooo comical, aaahhh… It’s not important, I’ll decide the name when I see it. So when will you show me?

Darius - What? I won’t be doing that.

Miko - Why not? Can’t you transform at your will, (in teasing tone) well that not so superhero, right Adin, Don’t you wanna meet your superhero?

Adin - Yeah, I want to thank him for what he did.

Darius looks at Adin’s smile.

Darius - Fine

Darius stands up

Miko - Wait you idiot, you can’t transform here.

Darius - I am just going to bed.

Miko - Oh, Anyways, I’ll tell you the time and place tomorrow where you can show me.

12:30 Pm

Adin looks for Darius with a hat on his head, and then goes to Darius. After reaching Darius he calls out for Darius

Adin - Agent D117

 Darius doesn't respond to the call, Adin calls again, Darius looks left and right and then moves back and sees Adin, He sees Adin wearing glasses.

Darius - what’s with the getup Adin?

Adin - quiet its agent A007

Darius - Ok. I guess?

Adin - here.

Adin gives Darius a piece of paper, and Darius opens it out in the open. Adin snitches the paper again.

Adin - Not like that, It's confidential.

Darius - Confidential? Who told you to behave like this?

Adin - Director.

Darius - Who? Ah Miko. Who else could it be?

Adin - Don’t disrespect the commander, are you a rogue agent or what.

Darius sees Adin for a moment, and chuckles.

Adin - What are you laughing at?

Darius - Oh, nothing. Now let me see that paper.

Adin gives the paper to Darius. And Darius sees it, it was written - meet me near the power plant.

Darius - Guess I'll be going then.

Adin spreads his hand toward darius.

Darius - And what am I supposed to do?

Adin - Take me there.

Darius - Can’t you walk on your own.

Adin - What if some other beast or species attacks and I can’t cope up with your speed.

Darius takes Adin on his back and they both go near the old power station and meet Miko. Adin goes off of Darius’ back.

Darius - Ok! What's next?

Adin - Transform and let the beast roll out.

Miko - Not quite this early. Nile just came here with Justin. We can’t do what we plan here.

Darius - Then we should wait until they go.

Miko - It can take time. I don’t wanna waste time. We have to think of some other place.

They think for a while about this place or that place, but all the places are not suitable. Darius sees Miko exhausted by the thoughts,

Darius - I know a suitable place.

Miko - Why didn’t say anything about it, let's go.

Miko holds Darius’ hand and pulls him to go. But Darius stopped.

Darius - First listen to me.

Miko - What is it?

Darius - The way to this place goes through the basement of that powerplant. And Nile and Justin were definitely going into the operating room of that powerplant.

Miko - Then we need to create a Distraction.

Miko looks at Adin.

Miko - Adin will be our distraction.

Adin - Why me?

Miko - Because it's what your missions ask you to do, and you’ve already seen that other Darius once. Are you an agent or not?

Adin - Fine i'll do it, and I AM AN AGENT AND YOU ARE RUDE.
