Rhythm ran inside the classroom and locked the door.... He was painting heavily.... He kept his hand on his heart and exclaimed

"August confessed... August confessed to me... , he loves me..now... I've someone who really love me.... "

The door knocked and Rhythm strengthen himself

" I know you're inside " August spoke...

"I'm sorry I shouldn't have made you feel uncomfortable .. but I couldn't help .... He was provoking me...I should have taken you to a proper date and proposed but .... "

August sigh "My feelings are true for you ... I've never felt that for someone... The day I saw you i wanted to be more than that and slowly i realised that I wanted to be tied with you forever "

Rhythm blushed and giggled at his words

"My cub" August called

"Can you please open the door... For me once? " August said

Rhythm was thinking about whether to open the door or shoo him away...

August waited for his response but when he didn't heard anything from Rhythm he finally sighed and turned around... But then he heard the opening of the door... Rhythm was standing behind the door...

"Are you sad that I said that ? He asked

Rhythm was quiet... But then he walked towards August...

"If you're angry with me you can scold me as you want"-

Rhythm pulled August into a hug

"I'm sorry for leaving you there... ,i couldn't process anything at that time and I ran away... " Rhythm confessed

Rhythm looked into August's eyes and asked

"Can I believe you ?... Can I really believe that you'll never break my heart...that you'll never leave me... Even when everyone leaves my side... Would you still be with me ?

August caressed his face "believing me is your decision but if you do I'll always see that your belief is safe... I'll never break your heart .. I'll never make you cry... Even if everyone leaves your side... I'll be there right beside you... "

He whispered "even your shadow will leave you in darkness but I won't"

Rhythm's eyes were filled with tears of happiness

"It's okay if you don't want to answer me now... I'll wait for to accept me... But first I'll pamper you and make you fall in love with me " he said

Rhythm didn't say anything but hugged him tightly... But August could feel happy emotions in Rhythm and he was determined to make him accept his proposal

Soon after that day August and Rhythm grew more closer... After proposing August tried ways to prove his love to Rhythm... He would show him small gestures of love like pulling his chair in classroom... Bringing him his tasty food everyday..... helping him in music practice…… And....Helping him in his lessons and project

They even started practicing for auditions... August even mentored him as his dance trainee. At first Rhythm was a noob ..he was embarassed but August didn't let him feel like ... He was very lenient and patient towards Rhythm..

After a week... He was able to catch up the steps. Rhythm felt more secure and comfortable with August as the days went by and he began to open up more with him... As they practice often Rhythm would occasionally stay at August's house...

Those were the days when August was very happy... He would make warm milk for Rhythm before going to his bed... Rhythm would kick and hit him in his dream... but August would Tuck him in bed... Every night

August never gave Rhythm any fancy or expensive gifts ... To be honest Rhythm never want them... August showered him with love , care and warmth and Rhythm was gradually starting to fall him love with him more

Three weeks later

Rhythm completed his last tuition...as he left the house... He saw August already waiting for him outside

"How many times should I tell you you don't have to wait for me here .. "Rhythm scolded

"How many times should I tell you... I'll wait here always for my love " August said with a smile

"I can go home on my own... You don't have to pick me up everyday "

"Of course  you can but I want to look after your safety... I've to look if my cub reached home safely "

Rhythm pouted and sat on August's bike.... August pinched his cheeks and Rhythm pouted more.. August started driving his bike...

"Is my cub still angry with me?" August asked

"Yes... I'm still angry with you " Rhythm declared

"Then will a cotton candy fix his mood ?" August asked

"Don't bribe me.... I'm not going to fall into your tricks " Rhythm said

"I'm thinking fried pork sticks and cotton candy perfect combination right?"

"I'll think then " Rhythm said giggling

It was a lie if you asked to Rhythm... He always waited for August to pick him up .. August has been doing this since the day August proposed him ... At first Rhythm thought August would come for a day or two but August came daily... Even he sometimes picked up Rhythm for college... Rhythm was very happy with him...

Rhythm was thinking about August when his uncle called him ... He went outside only to see Ron waiting for him with a bouquet of flowers...

"Rhythm your friend has came here to take you for dinner....get ready" Mike ordered

Ron went towards Rhythm and gave him the bouquet.. "you look very pretty today " he commented

"Thank you but I can't go with you today" Rhythm said apologetically

"You see we've audition this week and I'm preparing for it... So I don't want to waste my time "

"Rhythm" Mike called his name

"It won't take time... And you promised me that day.....that you would dine with me " Ron said

"I did but can't we go after audition?" He asked

Ron gave him a sad expression

"Rhythm go to your room and get ready now " Mike ordered

"Uncle " Rhythm whined

"It won't take long and see he came specially for you don't do this " Mike explained

Rhythm wasn't in the mood to go with Ron but he didn't want to disrespect his uncle's feelings and hurt Ron too

"Okay uncle.. I'll come in a few minutes "

Rhythm said.. he kept the bouquet on the table and went to his room... He got ready and came down within a few minutes... Ron and he parted their ways from Mike ... Ron was trying to start a conversation with Rhythm but he wasn't interested...

Rhythm why are you so quiet? "He asked

"Nothing just drive "

"Aren't you feeling well ? Should we go a hospital? He asked

"No it's just that I'm tired... i want to go home soon" Rhythm said

Soon they reached an expensive hotel..

"I don't want to come here Ron... This hotel is so expensive... I can't afford it " Rhythm said

"It's my treat .... How can i let you pay"

"But still it's so expensive... Let's go to another one "

"No Rhythm... It's my treat ...I want to take you to the best place out there..you don't have to worry a thing ." Ron said ,"let's go "

Ron got down of the car and Rhythm followed him ...as soon as they got Inside the hotel ... Rhythm started feeling awkward... Ron called a waiter

"I've a reservation"

Ron told him his name and the waiter guided him and Rhythm to their table... Rhythm was looking at the dishes but he couldn't understand anything...

"Ron... Can you please order for me ... I'm not able to understand" Rhythm said

Ron hold his hand but Rhythm took it back... Ron felt sad seeing his gesture

"Okay I'll order for you " he said

Ron order some dishes and Rhythm looked around... The people around him were elites or high class people... He started feeling like an outcast...

"Can I go to bathroom? " He asked

"Wait let me take you there" Ron said

"No... No .... I can go by my own " Rhtyhm said

He got up and went to the bathroom... Ron was smiling to himself

Rhythm was walking away when he heard familiar giggles.... He turned around and saw August ... His lips turned into a smile... But then he saw August giggling and laughing with another guy... They looked so close with each other... Rhythm didn't knew when he envied the other guy... He was Patting and playing with August. But then he saw the guy.... was kissing August's head...

 Oh no August with another guy this seems so bad ... Who do you guys think he's with...is he cheating on Rhythm 🥺💔
