The hospital was silent, except for the creaks and groans of the structure as it slowly collapsed in on itself. Naomi stood at the center of this crumbling maze, weighed down by what she had to do. She had come so far, learned so much, but the final confrontation with the entity loomed large, a shadow that threatened to engulf her last threads of hope.

Just as she was about to begin the ritual to sever the entity's connection with the hospital, Naomi felt an inexplicable presence by her side. She turned to see Tyler's ghost-a spectral vision bathed in soft, ethereal light. His presence was comforting and surreal at once, a reminder of sacrifices made and friends lost along the way.

"Naomi," Tyler's voice whispered softly in her ear-a soothing balm to the frazzled nerves of a girl standing tall against her surroundings. Though unsure if it was really him, and not a trick the entity decided to play, his words helped settle her nerves a bit. Naomi smiled as he tugged on her sleeve, pulling her deeper into the core of the hospital, toward where the final ritual would have to take place.

An internal fight beset her as she approached the being in preparedness. Naomi had nurtured a kind of doubt within, where it actually clouded whether one should destroy, after the sacrifice witnessed already, one's true aim or purpose. And there, she wonders, if in such a case-the ritual-could take the last vestiges of hope dear away. Would that revenge be worth all of losing the things it possessed?

And the being seized on that one hesitation to bare its ultimate intent in haunting visions: to be doomed with Naomi in endless sufferings, with unabated continuations of horror. The entity speaks directly to her; the voice itself a chilling caress promising an eternal darkness once she has performed the ritual. It made a twisted offer: join it, and she would gain eternal power in the hospital, a queen of shadows in an empire of fear.

Naomi felt the chill of temptation, the seductive appeal of what the entity was offering, but deep in her heart, she knew such power came with too high a price. To accept would be to lose her humanity, to become a part of the very darkness she seeks to destroy. Naomi steeled herself against the foul proposition presented by the entity and vowed to break the cycle, free the souls confined within the walls of the hospital.

Her refusal was the cue for a disastrous reaction. The hospital now began to collapse even faster, the entity's form ballooning bigger and stronger in its anger. Naomi knew this was her final battle, one she was not at all sure of surviving. The building shook again, walls clamping down on her like a vise that wanted to squash her defiance.

With a deep breath, Naomi summoned all her courage to start the ritual as her voice rose above the general cacophony of destruction outside. Ancient words flowed from her lips-a spell to counteract the dark force that was threatening to consume her. Uttering the chants, the hospital retaliated by slinging her against walls with tremendous force. It summoned all its might, trying to break her will with visions of her deepest fears: her family, her past, and the things she had lost.

Every vision was like a dagger to her heart, reminding her of the pain and loss she had to endure. But Naomi would not bend. She fought back with all her might; even the assault on her mind could not break her will. It was in the midst of the battle that Naomi had an epiphany-the way to break the curse would require severing the entity's grasp on the very foundation of the hospital, physically and spiritually.

At the behest of Tyler's ghost and her own unyielding will, Naomi finally reached the heart of the hospital: the core of the curse was a twisted, pulsing organ of flesh throbbing with the life of the entity. The hospital itself was alive, feeding off the suffering of everyone trapped within its walls.

Naomi approached the organ, her heart pounding with the weight of what she was about to do. She could feel the entity's rage boiling beneath the surface, a storm of fury waiting to be unleashed. Yet she pressed on, reciting the final words of the ritual with a voice that shook with both fear and resolve.

The writhing of the organ beneath her incantation, the air around her crackling with energy, the ancient power of the ritual in hold. The hospital shook violently, the walls cracking and splintering as the entity's connection to the building severed. Naomi felt the darkness recede and the weight lift off her shoulder as the curse started to come undone.

Naomi was thrown from the heart of the building as the structure of the hospital began to collapse in on itself, a singularity of darkness. She heard one final, guttural roar from the entity-a sound of pure rage and despair as it succumbed to its impending destruction. The hospital's fate was sealed, the cycle of suffering finally broken.

In that moment, Naomi found herself caught in the midst of the collapse, unsure of what would happen to her. The world around her was a maelstrom of chaos, the ground shaking beneath her feet as the building crumbled into oblivion. But amidst the destruction, she felt a sense of peace, a quiet assurance that the souls trapped within the hospital had been freed.

With the ritual done and the entity defeated, Naomi was left with the final decision: stay to ensure the destruction of the hospital or escape to survive. The decision weighed heavily upon her, a life-or-death choice that would determine her future.

She finally decided to choose life. Gathering her last bit of strength, Naomi sprinted toward the door, down the passageway lit by a small crack of light from way up ahead. It was a beacon of hope, a promise of freedom from the shadows that had haunted her for so long.

As she crossed the threshold into the outside world, the final scream of the hospital still echoed in her ears, testimony to the battle that was won. The once-beautiful structure now lay in ruins behind her, a haunting reminder of the suffering it had caused.

Naomi emerged into the sunlight, battered and bruised but alive. She knew the memories of the terror would haunt her for the rest of her life, but she was free. The entity was gone, its curse ended by her bravery and resolve.

Naomi looked out as she walked away from the ruins to see the ghost of Tyler, standing at the edge of the grounds to the hospital, watching her with a gentle smile. Approaching him, he vanished away, leaving a faint, hanging presence. She would never be truly free, but she was not alone anymore. She carried the strength of those she had lost within her, a beacon of hope guiding her into the unknown.

Naomi had vanished distantly in the last scene, into that blackness, carrying on her person the weight of the curse hanging in the air around the hospital. The girl went into a new dawn, forever changed by the horrors she had to face, with her heart full of hope, and promise of a future unshadowed by any terrors of the past.
