“It better not have been you, or you know the consequences.” warned Missus Betty as she walked out of the room to fetch a worker to mend the window, as it had broken at my attempt to unlock it.

“Can I come out from the wardrobe now?” questioned the girl, as she had hid from Missus Betty. 

“So you're Cassandra, and you're Elizabeth right?” she asked.

“Yes, we are, but who are you?” I replied back, 

“My name is Helen Bennet,” she replied. 

Elizabeth asked Helen “how did you get here?”

Helen replied, “The Medication testing , they ‘made’ me like this.” 

“how?” I asked, 

“I don't know, most of the testing I was asleep for, but they did horrid things to me.” 

“They did those same things to me, believe me I know they did horrid things” I replied.

After this all happened, about a month into Helen hiding out in our dorm, a staff member caught us giveing her leftover food, and ‘disposed’ of Helen.

One month after Helen's ‘disposing’ Elizabeth came up to me and showed me something, ”Cass, what is this key thingy for?” Elizabeth asked me “Elizabeth, where did you find that key?” I questioned her 

“Cass, why are you calling me my full name?” 

“Where did you find that key?" I repeated, more worried than the last

“Under a loose floorboard, why?”

“because I don't remember that key for any door here, they have a ring of all the keys and showed us what they all go to, they didn't skip a single door, so what is that key for” I replied back, very worried at this point, 

“I don't know, do you want to look for it?” she asked back

“sure because what could we find that's stranger than what we have dealt with already?” I answered, sarcastically, 

I mean, we couldn't possibly find anything too bad right?”, that's what I thought before.

“Cassie, where are we going?” 

“A place I found when we first got here that I never told you about'' I answered.

Now you're probably wondering, where was this place you found when you first got there? Well this place was the basement hall that was boarded up pretty well, I never had the courage to look or go through the boards myself but that day I did. As we came closer Elizabeth started to get curious “Cass, can we go in there?”

“It’s locked Lizzy” I said, trying to discourage her from going in.

“use the key!”

“Fine” I surrendered, annoyed.

I unlocked the lock to the chains around the boards and removed them as best as we could, and went in, and we found something I will never forget.
