badump! 

a sound escape from Ki Woon's chest when he was being shielded by Kuro body on the street floor.

Ki Woon move his head to the side to see a broken vase on the floor, his blank face flustered red. "y-you save me again.." stutter Ki Woon shyly.

Kuro quickly get off from on top of Ki Woon. "a-are you alright??" Kuro ask him worried of his wellbeing. 

but Ki Woon only nod slowly with his eyes locked to Kuro. ah, he saved me once again.. he thought with his eyes sparkle with admiration.

Kuro frozen on top of Ki Woon but quickly snap out of it. he begin to back away from Ki Woon "a-are you alright?" he ask worried that Ki Woon might be hurt

it happen again-

the thought swirl in Kuro's mind, sending him into a self-blaming spiral. Ki Woon notice hos Silent Kuro was, he quickly get back on his feet and help Kuro up before continue their walk home.

Kuro stayed silent the whole walk until he send Ki Woon off to the bus stop. both of them say their goodbye before parting ways. 

in the bus, Ki Woon keep on thinking how heroic Kuro look on him as he shelter him from the falling vase. Ki Woon then found himself smiling alone in his seat rethinking back the warm heroic scene. he smirk and chuckled alone as he look out the night street lighten up by the car's and the street's light.

the dark begin to creep in the street as time pass. the orange hue in the sky turn dark blue and the street light turn themselves on to illuminate the dark. 

even with the street lights, it doesnt seems to lighten up Kuro's face. Kuro was hurt to know his unluckiness almost effect Ki Woon.

Kuro sigh heavily, feeling the heavy guilt of almost hurting his friend with his presence.

Rubius also wanted to be my friend.. but i shunt him away.. 

is he really wanted to be my friend?

would he hurt me like Yuki did? is he really  gEnUIne?

IM SUCH A BAD PERSON!! I SHOULD NEVER BECOME SOMEONE FRIEND!! IM JUST AN UNLUCKY KID!!  IM SUCH A BAD PERSON THAT WHY IM SO UNLUCKY!!! I SHOULD JUST ROT IN MY HOUSE!!

YES!! I SHOULD JUST LOCK MYSELF AWAY FROM TAINTING THE WORLD WITH MY UNLUCKINESS-

Kuro mind was swirl with endless blames and curses as the guilt fill his mind and taint his head with heavy and dark thoughts. but it all went quiet after he bump into a large tattooed man walking aimlessly in the dark street. 

Kuro slowly look up to the man with a pale face, his blood was drain from his face as he feel fear engulf him after seeing the man.

the man look back to see a high school kid with a small build behind him. shaking in fear like a wet cat. the man grunted before turn his body around to face Kuro. 

Kuro could smell a scent of alcohol on him making him take a step away from him. 

the smell of alcohol send shiver down his spine, his eyes begin to blur with tears. even when his brain told Kuro to run and hide, but his leg betray him and froze in place.

as the drunk man approach Kuro, he quickly pull his arms up to protect his head from any hits.

"hey.. burp- im quite drunk.. can you help me home..??" he say with a gentle low tone as he grab Kuro's arm, gripping it tightly.

Kuro quickly nod his head "s-sure" he answer unconsciously trying not to anger the drunken man. Kuro quickly walk to the man and help support his body. taking the drunk man's arm and put it around his shoulder.

the man then smirk while looking at Kuro's face closely before grip his face. "your such a burp- good kid.." he say drunkenly. 

"w-where is your house sir?" Kuro quickly ask him. Kuro just wanted to send him home quickly and just go back to his house. he is tired from the day of school, shouldering the heavy guild. he just wanted to laydown on his bed and rest. 

"my house..??" the man stopped his word to think. "just send me.. to my boss's house.." he say as he point the way to the corner. Kuro nod and quickly move his feet. 

as Kuro support the drunk man, the drunk man begin to mumble as he try to keep himself awake.

"hey.. kid.. your a high school kid.. do you.. burp- how to make friends right..??" he ask as he struggle to keep his eyes open.

"i uh.. im sorry, i cant help you with that.." Kuro said as he struggle to hold up the drunk man weight but still wanted not to sound rude. 

"dang.. you see. my young master.. want this guy to be his friend.. but i guess he approach him.. in a bad way" he groan aimlessly but keep on pointing to the corner Kuro need to take toward his boss's house.

"he got home so upset.. we.. the underdogs wanted to make him feel better.. by telling advices.. but it only make him.. mad, so i went out to drink and find some.. damned idea to help him.." he explain, and stopped in front of a old traditional Japanese mansion.

suddenly Kuro realize that the drunk man actually lead him into a neighborhood with a lot of big and grand houses that would cost thousands of dollars.

Kuro was speechless but unable to question it. Kuro knock on the door but the drunk man shake his head "just enter and put me down.. my friends will help me out" he said.

following his request, Kuro opened the door and enter the dimly lit hallway. only for his eyes to widen in surprise to see Rubius sitting on the floor, putting his shoe on. 

"ARE YOU DRUNK?!" Rubius ask with an angred face, unnoticed that Kuro was beside the drunken man. Rubius quickly stand up from the floor and look at the drunk man with a stern face.

"y-young master.. i was trying to find.. the right advice for you friend problem" he say before letting Kuro go from his arm. that is when Rubius finally notice Kuro. both of them stand in silent staring at each other. 

"thanks for helping this guy.." said Rubius coldly, turning his gaze away from Kuro. 

".. have a good night.." Kuro turn and left the house.
