As the screams continued the black armored general put his glaive on his left arm “So who is it?”

Eliyenne shaked as she stepped back “We need to run, we need to run! Kishar, master Kishar .. No no i refuse to believe it”  As she was hurryingly stepping back she hit Granbell “Relax” He said

Relax!? WHO ME OR HER? HE KILLED THAT BIG DUDE LIKE NOTHING

“Everything is gonna be alright as long as i'm here” Granbell said with a smile and swiped Eliyenne to the side NO SERISOLY DUDE STOP I'LL DIE. WHY DO I NEED TO TRY ACTING COOL AT WORST MOMENTS OF MY LIFE?

As i was having an internal crisis, the black general took two steps forward with his horse then swinged his glaive once again “So its you?” Then a sharp sound, of metal clanging against each other

Then i remember i was sent flying into the horde of knights seeing forward it was Gastonne, he stopped that guy’s glaive

“Ho? Pretty good. Gastonne”

Gastonne mumbled "Who the fuck are you?"

As the black armored knight was parried back his horse let a yelp then he put his right hand on the helmet and raised it up

“You..”

“Surprised to see me after all this time?” He asked as his silver hair was waving in the air and his white eyes looking through their souls

Gastonne put his hand back and made a sign at which bothLeo and Leyna saw and had a face of misery

“Traitor.. To think you survived”  Gastonne continued “I guess today is when you die.” Then he swung his sword aiming directly for the neck

Meanwhile the traitor parried it and smiled “Useless… You know your far weaker than i am” As the exchanged swings Leyna ran towards the Granbell who was bleeding through nose “We need to go” SHe said quietly as she kneeled next to him “We need to run right now”

Granbell raised his left eyebrow “What? Leave? RUN? ANd let ALL those knights die!?”

As her eyes were tearing up she continued “If we dont we will die as well! Besides this was never your responsibility, mission or anything to do with it! We need to ESCAPE right now”

As Leo was approaching Eliyenne overheard them, the other knights consumed by the fight the general in black had with their comrade tried to ignore the escape plan of the noble

“You should be quieter…” He said looking at the knights 

“Quieter? No, we should be louder. I refuse to run from my responsibility again, you hear? I refuse!”

As his heart was beating hard and the sharp pain in his head continued Leyna said “RESPONSIBILITY? WHAT RESPONSIBILITY? YOU WILL JUST DIE IN VAIN, THERE IS NO RESPONSIBILITY HERE FOR YOU, YOUR ONLY ORDER IS TO ARRIVE AT REGALLA!” She was whispering yet it was loud enough for everyone to hear even the enemy knights and the general. Because of that as if wanting to end his duel faster he started swinging even faster but Gastonne responded by even faster blocks “Impossible… How, wait? Hahah.. No way your that desperate?” He said as he looked at his eyes turning black bit by bit, Gastonne smirked instead of responding

The quiet hum he was hearing now stopped, and only wind accompanied by the constant swings of the two men dueling

The singing stopped. I feel bad- 

Should I really run?..... He smiled Run huh? That guy looked like he wants me aswell. Run and go where?

Village? They will find me. Tychea said I got a bunch of assassins after me, Thorgason made me believe her. There is no way a bunch of peasants would try to kill a defended noble..  They were obviously assassins “Granbell! I know we didn't set off on good notes but please.. Please… Don't let Gastonne’s life go in vain, He is trying to buy us time TO ESCAPE!”.

Granbell instead of answering the now teared up Leyna, looked towards Eliyenne Then there is her

His head pain continued as the bloody nose wasn't the only thing bleeding now, his eyes became red as well

I can only face it head forward, He stood up with a smile and embraced it whatever it was. Even death.

“That's it we are running. There is no responsibility here for you at all. There  is nothing we can do but run” 

“No. Im a noble. What is my responsibility if not protecting those in need.? .. COME AT ME WHATEVER AND WHOEVER YOU ARE, EVEN GOD. I'LL TAKE YOU ALL, I'LL TAKE EVERYTHING HEAD ON FROM NOW, BECAUSE MY NAME IS GRANBELL LUG LUGEK” He swung open his arms and yelled again “I DARE YOU TO TRY ME”

Then out of nowhere a lightning hit him, and again and again and again. Six times to be exact, those around watched in shock and some feared what's to come while Leo had his eyes wide open at the situation 

“AWAKENING, IT'S AWAKENING” A knight in the enemy orders said “Impossible… A paladin has awakened?” The general murmured

“RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH” Granbell yelled out as not pain but power consumed him then he unsheathed his sword which was now not of metal but thunder. His sword was yellow with blue sparks dancing around it then out of the lighting he was almost flying towards the enemy general with lighting speed and hit him directly in the glaive, at which the glaive completely broke into pieces.
