The Council of the Ancients has long sought its power, to use it for their own dark purposes. Your parents knew this, and they hid the staff to protect it."

Eileen looked at the Guardian. "But I'm the one who found the staff. And I'm facing the trials. What does it all mean?"

The Guardian looked at her intently. "You are the chosen one, the Moonlight Messenger. You have the power to control the Staff of Power and use it to bring balance to the supernatural world.
