I just stared at the guy walking away from the scenario I just witnessed. I turned and he was standing there looking at me.

I woke up from a loud banging sound on the wall. I tried to shut my eyes harder because I thought I was dreaming, but the sound didn’t go away. I pulled myself to sit up and I realized the noise was coming from my door.

I looked at the clock and it’s two in the morning, “who the fuck is knocking at this time?”

I stood up sleepily, half awake. The banging sound continues. I grunted and walked out of my room to the door.

“Hold on! I’m coming!” I yelled.

I opened the door, half awake not thinking it could be a thief. I opened my eyes and I saw Orio standing outside my door. My body automatically was jolted back to life. He looked at me with hooded eyes and a clenched jaw.

“Orio? Do you realize what time it is? What do you need?”

He suddenly grabbed me and kissed me roughly. I tried to push him away but he was too strong. I felt him push me inside my apartment and I heard the door slammed closed.

We were both breathing heavily, he leaned his forehead on my shoulder, “I don’t cheat, Rei. I never did… but when I met you… I just couldn’t get you off my mind…”

“This is all your fault…”

He looked at me, holding my neck with both hands while staring into my eyes. He could probably choke me and I wouldn’t care. It was stupid and I was crazy.

“I thought I could just look at you from afar. Let you look at me and let you come to me, instead…” he held my neck tighter and stared deeper into my eyes.
