"Are you okay?"

A boy with brown curly hair, around my age, asks while trying helping me up. No I'm not and I can't remember the last time I was. But of course that's not what I answer him. 

"Yes I'm fine, thank you."

Is what I respond instead, thankfully taking his hand. He doesn't seem to truly believe me 

"You sure." 

I put on my best smile. 

"Yes, nothing I can't handle." 

He still doesn't seem to let it go, but he stopped asking me about it and gives me a sign to follow him. I'm not quite sure what I should think about him. Is he just walking through the city, helping poor idiots like me, who are getting bullied. Maybe he has some ulterior motives, the worst that he could do is kill me. It would be really easy for him, especially in my state right now. It's more believable that he wants something from me, but even so it wouldn't change anything, would it. And another thing whonwould care about me, nobody, that also means no one will miss me. What do I have to lose, my live, but its not like that it would be a real loss. I decide that I should follow him, when I realize, that he has been shaking me slightly. 

"Can you hear me?"

 Oh no, I totally forgot he still was there, even when I was discussing if I should follow him. But I should answer him now, or he will think I'm completely crazy.

 "Ah yes, where were we going? 

Sorry, I kinda zoomed out for a moment." I mumble. 

"It's fine, let's go to the cafe down the street. My treat." 

I follow him, still not sure if it's the right thing to do. 

"There we are" he opens the door.

 I look up, over the door I spot a big sign, "Glitter-Safespace", that must be the name of the cafe. A waiter welcomes you two and leads you to a table in the back of the cafe. The cafe seems to attract a lot of customers, despite his unique name. Both of you sit down and start viewing the menu. "I think I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Dean. And you, what's your name " Dean asks you. "Me, my name is Tobias. Nice to meet you Tobias." I answer him stuttering.

"Do you live near hear?"

"Yes"

"What's your favorite color?"

"Red"

"Oh, I love read too. Why is it your favorite color?"

I look him grave in the eyes, "Why does it matter? "

He looks kinda sad, for a moment, but then his eyes light up and he continues asking me meaningless questions and smiling, which makes him look a lot like a happy stray dog. I have never seen him here, he must be new. Or maybe not I normally tend to live in my own world, without noticing strangers. How much I would give, to do exactly that, right now, instead of being in this situation. But I'm sure this won't last long, soon he will find out what a looser and monster I really am, like all the others.

"You're doing it again."

"What"

"Spacing out."

"Sorry"

"No problem, but the waiter just asked you what you wanted to trink."

I look up and really a waiter is standing next to me. I panic, I completely forgot to choose something to trink. I take a quick look at the menu and choose the first thing I see.

"I would like the Rainbowbluberryhigh" I tell the waiter.

The waiter goes back to the counter, before I realize my grave mistake.
