Sans is waking up from his lazy bedroom, despite knowing that he's commonly lazy and dirty, in this alternate, he even wears a suit and tie showing he's meticulate when it comes to being tidy.

He then proceeds to go leave his room and greet his brother Papyrus.

"Good Morning, bro" He yawned

"Ah! My Brother! I've prepared a meal before you go to the lab today!" Papyrus in his cooking outfit with the apron and the lab gown prepares a meal for Sans "Todays specialty is... Spaghetti Meatballs! Nyehehe" 

"Heh Thanks paps, your the best" Sans said as he eats the food served. Normally you would ask how could they eat it, they are skeletons... In this alternate, a Previous Scientist had made discoveries to alive skeletons to be able to intake food however this does not let them feel the need of bathroom just the imaginary way to feed the mind of off hunger. 

"I got to get going now, I'll see you later" sans stood up and left the House.

As he's walking the snow, he felt lazy enough... so he snaps his fingers and teleports quickly to the lab's front door where as soon as he walks in he saw Alphys in the distance.

"good morning boss, how's it going?" sans said as he lazily teleported beside her

"AH!" startled alphys accidentally dropped the items she's holding "P-please don't startle me like that first thing in the morning" she quickly fixes her posture and adjusted her eyeglass as she kneels down and takes the items dropped

Sans in shame helped her picked up the stuffs on the ground and gave it to her "Sorry boss... not my type to walk heh"

"heh yeah my bad... I'll try that boss" Sans scratched the back of his skull and a few moments later placed both his hands on his pockets

"Come along. Our universal transmitter picked up something last night as I was sleeping" Alphys hurridly walks over to the nearest Monitor

"What is it?" Sans asked

"Apparently there is an anomaly that entered our Universe just hours ago" Alphys placed the items she's holding on the side and pointed at the red alert "This. This could mean anything! We've already established multiple multiverses of our selves outside, let alone an anomaly slipping through our security, how is this possible?"

"Did you check our security system today with Undyne?" Sans asked

"The Tree of Time didn't have any downtime nor was forcibly shut down. Nor was the Shields or the Seals we're temporarily shut off." Alphys anxiously said "Its impossible that someone could slip through that easily"

"Unless... someone from the surface or outside the lab have worked around..." Sans said

"No... it can't be... That area has been sealed shut for ages by the King... Its goin to be impossible... unless..." Alphys quickly turns around to the Monitor and checked the files "Aha!" she then found corrupted files on her computer "I knew it" she said with the conviction that she's right all along

"Well what is it?" Sans asked "We're you able to know?"

"technically... not yet... It would take me several hours to retrieve a corrupted file" Alphys sighed "but look! This file's date and time corresponds to the time the red alert took off last night"

"Alright, I'll make sure this-" Sans teleported away "is... retrieved... OH WELL. That bones ugh... I hate him so much" Alphys continues to work on retrieving the file "Anyway..."

Sans teleported on Undyne's home at waterfall instantly and knocked on her door. He waited for a response, but none returned.

He knocked again for the 2nd time "Undyne? You there?" and called out for her, but none returned again.

"Looks like she's not home..." as he walks away already near to snap his fingers the door suddenly opens and a tired undyne greets him

"Yo... I'm kinda in bed right now and its so early..." she opens and face still sleepy

"yo pal, I'm tryna get a message from Alphys-" before sans could even finish, Undyne felt energetic hearing her lover's name

"-about... the red alert... last night..." Sans broke her energetic mood

"ugh... that psh" Undyne scoffs "I need more rest, come later at noo-" as undyne finishes her words and slowly closes the door, sans' foot blocks the door "Dude what's your... problem...?" Undyne looks at Sans looking anxious "woah dude chill"

"This is serious. Our universe is at stake" Sans looked at her with a serious look

"ugh This better be worth that stake or I'LL CUT OFF SCHEDULES!" she grunts "hold up, let me at least take a shower and gear up"

Undyne closes the door while Sans waits for her outside.

Some time passes, precisely 25 Minutes of her preparing which is her slowest already, she finally came out of her home.

"I still feel so sleeppYYy-aaAAAAAA!!!" as soon as Undyne locks the door Sans grabbed her hands, snaps his fingers, and teleported to the entrance of the Tree of Time "DUDE! NOT COOL"

"Papyrus?" Confused Sans said "I thought he'll be taking the time off today"

"Well yes, Apparently this is also the part of his 'Time Off' ugh nerds" Undyne scoffs as she gestures with her hand the words 'Time Off' "That nerd even works during the Weekends! And he has to knock every morning at my Door. Apparently I got fed up of it and gave the key to him."

"Dude, must you be confused all the time like you aren't living at these area too?" Undyne looked at Sans with a dead expression while her arms are posed on her hips

"sorry, I've been... having this worry feeling Undyne, I've never felt so uneasy" Sans placed his hands on his chest and rubs it slowly "It feels... something is about to happen"

"I know" Sans sighed "also... are we there yet?"

"You've been so distracted, Sans. You should be the one taking the Rest not Papyrus." Undyne opens the Gates and is greeted by Papyrus

"Good morning Undyne! Goo-" Papyrus paused for a moment and nervously sweats "G-good morning brother... nyehehe...heh..."

"NYEHEHE! BY THE GREAT PAPYRUS MY BROTHER ISN'T MAD!"

"Save the joys for later, its making me uncomfortable" Undyne's body shivers from the tension "So, here's the Logs from last night, take a good look at it Sans"

"Alright" Sans walked up to the logs and checked through every last one of them from last night

"Is everything alright Undyne?" Papyrus asked

"Yup bones, everything is alright" Undyne replied "You got nothing to worry about"

"Wowie!" and suddenly Papyrus made the whole room feel happy but as he looks at the Tree of Time, he can't help but say "oh... what a beautiful Tree"

"It is" Undyne said "Can't believe those branches and branches of those branches are other universes of us but Different us..."

"I always can't help to think about it!" Papyurs joyfully said "Okay hold on now, I'll have to check the system over there, Good luck!"

"Alright paps, enjoy your work" Undyne said waving at him good bye as Papyrus walks over to another monitor "Found anything tiny bones?"

"N-no... the records is clean from top to bottom..." Sans said as he flips through 1 single page on the screen back and forth trying to locate if there are hidden written logs to it "Are you sure this logs is used all the time?"

"Well yeah duh, how else are we sure that our security is at high defense all the time?" Undyne takes a closer inspection of the monitor logs "See look at this" she clicks on the monitor and clicked on the Log that is near to when the Anomaly entered the Universe and the Log shows Redacted Information "what... is this?"

Undyne takes a even closer inspection "We never had a redacted information before, Paps come take a look"

"One sec" Papyrus finishes his daily work tasks and proceeds to run to where Sans and Undyne is located "What's this? We never had this"

"That's what I said, and did you check everything before you leave your post last night?" Undyne said

"I did! Security is at maximum level, and we're completely anonymous on the Tree of Time" Papyrus nervously said

"w-well... before I locked the gates last night, I noticed the strange light illuminating from the far, I couldn't know where it is and I locked the gates already..." Papyrus dropped an important information "I thought there isn't a problem?"

"Well there is now and you are involved" Undyne said "Sans? Are you okay?"

"HOW did THIS kind of Information SLIPPED when Alphys CHECKED ON YOU?" Sans stoned in its position with no illuminating light on the socket of his eyes

"S-sorry... I must have been so fixated on Alphys earlier in the morning" She imagines Alphys that morning she visited her

Sans stood there, looked at his brother and said "We have to get to Alphys"

"YEAH LETS GO" Sans quickly switches his gaze at Undyne while she said it with an Energetic Mood coming back "I mean... yeah lets go" and proceeds to sweat as she scratches the back of her Head, He groaned annoyingly.

Sans held both Papyrus' but he gripped tight on Undyne's hands "OW! You're lucky I can't beat you right now" and teleported to the Lab

As they arrived sans notices Alphys from the distance seemingly stoned as well "Hey Alps, Undyne has something to tell- you..." Sans paused and asked Alphys "whats the matter...?" 

"What's the matter? Why? What's wrong?" Undyne quickly ran to Alphys' direction and asks her "What is the problem?"

"The Red Alert from last night... it wasn't just any red alert... that was the Multiversal Threat Alert..." Alphys said while she dropped from the floor feeling defeated already

"What's a Multiversal Threat Alert? Tell me!" Undyne asked Alphys

"I'll tell you" Sans said "And I knew this is a possibility... its a Threat that has the potential to wipe a Universe rather any Universe they decide... Completely erased..."

"w-what..." Papyrus shocked from the information took a step back

"THATS IMPOSSIBLE!" Undyne shouted and stood infront of Sans seemingly getting angry "WE'VE GOT THE BEST SECURITY SYSTEM IN THE ENTIRE GALAXY!"

"BUT THIS ANOMALY HAD SLIPPED THROUGH THAT BEST SECURITY!" Sans' left eye glowed yellow as their faces are at least a few centimeters from clashing

"o-okay calm down now everyone..." Papyrus separates the both and tries to mediate the two of them "we don't need to fight, lets resolve this the better way"

Undyne crosses his arms and scoffs but quickly shifted her attention to Alphys and rans back to her again while Sans crosses his arms there beside his Brother. After a few minutes, 2 hot headed monsters now calmed tries to sort the situation and plans their next step ahead.

"Should we tell Asgore?" Alphys asked

"No no... Asgore's basically retiring already, he's probably resting a lot nowadays" Undyne said

"But we might need every help we can have" Alphys said

"I know... but we'll have to think this through first" Sans said "How about Toriel?"

"Are you crazy? She practically never leaves her House at the Ruins, let alone cross Snowdin!" Undyne slammed the table

"Easy now, Love" Alphys reaches for her arms and tries to make her sit back "Though Toriel can be some sort of help to us too"

"I'll tell ya how" Sans interrupted their conversation "Toriel still knows about the King and she might have what the King have before too"

Undyne facepalms "Are you SERIOUS? one mention of the King to her and we're practically DONE for!"

"It is... true... Toriel basically hates the King, you know that brother." Papyrus pats his brother's back

"But we have to defend our Universe..." Sans slams the table with his left hand and grips his hands "How are we so defenseless and weak..."

"Your one to talk." Undyne scoffs and crosses her arms

"HEY NOW! This is no time to have another argue" Both Papyrus and Alphys stopped them both, as they are discussing the situation and the plans, a mysterious Flower appeared at the door of the Lab and a loud thud can be heard from it 

"What was that?" Papyrus asked as everyone stopped and looked at the Door "Do you.. have a Visitor today Alphys?"

"Then who could it be..." Undyne continues to ask

"Let... me... in..." A voice came from the outside and everyone got startled

"I'll handle this, stay behind me everyone" Undyne summons her spear and slowly walks toward the door and opens it slowly, as it opened she waved her spear while wielding it with both of her hands almost cutting the flower's stem in half "YOU WILL NOT PASS! AAAAAA!!!" as she shouts and continues to whip her spear from all directions

"WHAT THE F- CALM DOWN YOU STUPID FISH!" Flowey dodged and a root came from below and wrapped Undyne tight

"AGH!" She couldn't move and the spear fell down from her grip "LET ME GO!"

Everyone exhaled only to realize its Flowey "What do you want?" Sans asked

"Can you at least let me in first? And could you please ask her to stop squirming" Flowey looked at the immobilized Undyne

"I will stop IF YOU LET ME GO!" Undyne squirms

"okay okay!" Flowey releases her from being wrapped and she fell down face flat "ow" she expressed

"What do you want?" Sans asked

"I guess you guys have realized about it already" Flowey said "That someone has arrived at the Underground"

"Wait wait... underground?" Alphys confusedly said

"Oh no..." She quickly ran to the Monitor "no no no... UNDYNE WE NEED TO PUT SECURITY AT MAX NOW!"

"On it!" Undyne stood up and flashes outside the Lab as soon as possible

"o-okay!" Papyrus snaps his fingers and teleported to the Gates

"What is happening..." Flowey confusedly asked

"We're preparing the underground and potentially evacuating all innocent citizens away from the Threat's harm" Alphys said as she works on the monitor "We need to prioritize the Citizens first QUICKLY! Get to Snowdin and evacuate everyone!"

A soul slipped through the Security with the help of someone from Underground that they we're able to enter now roams the Surface and looks for somebody capable of being a temporary vessel to its ominous soul.

As it roams, it found its way to a Person with the strongest mental will and Determination, a Human with Blue striped clothes in a town just Miles away from the Mouth of Mtt. [REDACTED].

The soul possessed the human and with a snap of its finger, it teleported away. Who knows who could be the Soul it possessed and what dangers it poses to its Human Host?
