Rain reached out, her fingertips within inches of the moving train. It was deafening, like some sort of angered demon she faced without fear.
As the end came, she was quick to grab hold of the metal railing of the watch box's steps before the train had a chance to speed out of reach.
Before gaining the momentum to swing herself upwards onto the steps, Rain was forced to race along side the steel monster. Like a flying piece of black clothe, Rain jumped up. The heels of her black leather boots clanked loudly against the step's metal beneath her feet. Its sound was drowned out by the intense thunder of the train, allowing her to remain incognito under the cover of darkness. Twisting her body up towards the watch box's door she grasped the handle, only to find that it was locked from the inside.
