He sat up and checked himself. His old clothes were gone. Instead, he was now wearing some fancy-ass uniform that screamed welcome to a prestigious magical academy.

"Huh. Suspiciously unexpected." He plucked at the fabric. "Am I supposed to go to school now?"

His brain ticked for a second.

"…Wait a minute. A weirdly vibrant fantasy world? A school uniform? Oh, hell no. This is an otome game setting, isn't it?"

Leon sighed and slowly flipped the sky off.

"Fuck you. Couldn't you be a little more original?"

There was no response.

"…Asshole."

Well, if he was in an otome game setting, that meant there was probably some prestigious magical academy somewhere. And since the plot needed to move forward, he figured he should start walking.

Roughly ten seconds later—because the author was clearly speedrunning this—he found a road. Then, after approximately zero milliseconds, he was standing in front of the biggest, most unnecessarily extravagant school he had ever seen.

"Unsurprisingly huge," he muttered.

The moment he stepped in, he was greeted by the sight of well-dressed noble kids strutting around like they owned the place. Because they probably did.

Leon barely had time to process before a voice called out from behind him.

"Hey, you!"

He turned around to find her.

Tall. Blonde. Curly hair. The kind of noble beauty you'd expect in a setting like this. Flanked by two side characters who looked like they existed solely to hype her up.

Leon sighed. Here we go.

"Hey... what a surprise, a princess."

The girl scoffed, looking at him like he was a pile of dogshit on her shoe. "How dare you speak to me like that?! I am Ameliya von Eisenhart, heir to the Eisenhart family!"

Leon clapped. Slowly. Sarcastically.

"Woo. Yay. I'm Leon Oseven, heir to absolutely fucking nothing."

The two girls behind her gasped like he had just slapped their grandmother. "You should bow! You're in the presence of royalty!"

Leon rolled his eyes. "Yeah, and you're in the presence of someone who doesn't give a single flying fuck."

Ameliya's eye twitched. "You should really watch your mouth."

"And you should really fuck off."

Her nostrils flared. She raised her hand to slap him.

Leon caught her wrist without even trying.

"+2000 aura," he muttered sarcastically.

Ameliya yanked her hand back, her face turning redder than a tomato. "I will not stand for this humiliation!" She spun on her heel and stormed off, her two minions following behind like lost ducklings.

Leon watched them go. Then he smirked.

"Well, the princess got mad."

He tilted his head back and glared at the sky.

"Hey! You! The dumbass writing this! Where the fuck are you going? Write the next chapter, dammit! It's only 3 AM—hey! He—"
