Tears in Kiel’s eyes turn to happy tears as Archer holds out the kiss.
A few moments pass and Archer pulls away smiling. Without saying another word he starts the car again and pulls back onto the road. He drives them home still smiling. Whereas Kiel sits in the passenger seat like a blushing mess. His face was as red as a tomato and his hands were trembling like a leaf, in excitement but nervousness. Archer pulls into their driveway and helps the shaking leaf, Kiel, out and inside. When they walk in, Archer leads them to the couch. Kiel continues to stand there frozen and nervous but Archer sits down. He smirks, watches Kiel for a second, before pulling him down next to him.
“Ack!” Kiel squeaks as he falls onto Archer.
Archer on the other hand chuckles and holds Kiel.
“Breath, Kiel,” He whispers.
“I’m trying, I’m trying,” Kiel says softly but quickly.
“Is this okay?” Archer holds Kiel on top of him and gently rubs his sides.
Kiel nods slowly and tries to relax. His mind was racing, not even that long ago, him and Archer were driving home. Then they pulled over and he was crying. Then Archer kissed him and now they were cuddling? He manages to calm down and goes limp in Archers arms, overwhelmed with exhaustion. Archer gently plays with Kiel’s hair and Kiel looks up at him.
“Hello,” Archer chuckles and taps Kiel’s nose.
Kiel scrunches his face. “So does this mean we are dating?”
“Only if you want us to be,” Archer kisses Kiel once more.
The second kiss isn’t as nerve racking but it still makes Kiel blush fiercely.
“Jeez, you are never going to get used to that are you?” Archer brushes a few strands of hair out of Kiel’s face and holds him again.
They sit curled up next to each other for a while, before Archer finally gets up and makes dinner. He makes spaghetti and garlic bread. The two of them eat rather quickly in silence. Both knew that after eating they would end up on the couch or either in bed together, cuddling. After finishing dinner they head to Kiel’s bed curling up in each others arms. Kiel is the waist spoon and Archer is big, with his arms wrapped around the smaller mans waist.
“Archer?” Kiel says softly.
“Hm,” He replies in a deep tired tone.
“Thank you.”
“You don’t need to thank me.”
“Oh okay,” Kiel rests his head on Archer’s chest.
“But Archer?”
“Yes Kiel?” Archer replies with the same tone as before.
“I love you,” Kiel blushes though it can’t be seen in the dark.
“I love you too.”
Archer holds Kiel close and they fall asleep.
