So when I was in highschool I had this image of a little girl with a goldfish sized mermaid in a fishbowl. Thats how I came up with this short story. I thought it would be cute if all mermaids started out as tiny fishy babies and grew to the size of whales as they got older.
Also, do you know that feeling when you find someone you really love and time seems to fly by when you're with them?
