The Six Grandmasters’ Warning
Deep within a secluded chamber, the Six Grandmasters the legendary founders and elders of the six great academies—gathered to discuss the latest findings from the last battle against the demons.
Seated around an ancient circular table were:
• Grandmaster Hiroshi Yamamoto (Kagutsuchi Academy) – A flame user known as the “Crimson Sage.”
• Grandmaster Ayaka Tsukiyomi (Hoshiyama Academy) – A wind master with unparalleled speed.
• Grandmaster Jiro Kanzaki (Tenma Academy) – An ice manipulator and strategist.
• Grandmaster Tetsuro Araragi (Tenshou Academy) – A combat genius and father of the Satsuki brothers.
• Grandmaster Kenjiro Fujikawa (Fujikawa Academy) – The founder of Haruto’s school, a master of energy sealing.
• Grandmaster Rei Shinomiya (Shinsei Academy) – The oldest of the six, whose knowledge of ancient techniques surpassed all.
The recent battle with the demons had revealed something disturbing.
“One week in the demons’ realm is equivalent to one year in our world,” Grandmaster Shinomiya stated gravely.
Ayaka Tsukiyomi frowned. “That means their forces could be growing exponentially while we struggle to prepare.”
Tetsuro Araragi exhaled sharply. “And the portal… So Far, With the info we got. We only have two hours to survive whenever the sky opens.”
Hiroshi Yamamoto leaned forward. “We still don’t know if there are stronger demons lurking beyond the ones we’ve encountered.”
Jiro Kanzaki clenched his fists. “We have no choice. Every time the sky opens, we must ensure survival within those two hours. If we fail, the human world ends.”
A solemn silence filled the chamber.
“Then we prepare,” Grandmaster Kenjiro Fujikawa declared. “The next battle may determine everything.”

The Two Satsuki
At Tenshou Academy, the top student, Satsuki Araragi Senior, was having a conversation with Ami about the upcoming tournament.
“You seem surprisingly calm about the competition,” Ami noted.
Satsuki smirked. “Why wouldn’t I be? My school’s team is strong.”
Ami nodded. “I heard you’re a strategist, not a fighter as the team leader.”
Satsuki’s smirk widened. “That’s what most people think.”
Then, he leaned in slightly. “But you see, my younger brother, Satsuki Araragi Jr., is the real monster.”
Ami’s eyes narrowed.
Satsuki Jr., the representative of Tenshou Academy, was known for his arrogance and aggression. Unlike his older brother, he detested other schools, seeing their fighters as weak.
But his true terror lay in his ability.
“His Strategist Eyes can instantly analyze any opponent’s weakness,” Satsuki explained. “And not just that. He can also manipulate and cancel out abilities. If you rely on your powers too much—he’ll make sure you never use them again.”
Ami’s stomach twisted.
If that were true… then Haruto and his team were in trouble.

Haruto and His Troublesome Friends
Back at Fujikawa Academy, Haruto was trying to escape from Tetsuya Minami and Eri Kurosawa, his old classmates from Shinsei Academy.
“Haruto, let’s go eat ramen!” Tetsuya cheered, throwing an arm around Haruto’s shoulder.
Eri giggled. “He probably wants to go train, but what’s the point? He’s gonna lose anyway!”
Haruto sighed. “Can you two just… stop following me?”
“Never!” they both said in unison.
Nearby, Kai and Rin watched with amusement.
“At least he has friends,” Rin said with a smile.
“Yeah,” Kai agreed. “Even if they’re annoying.”

The Grand Announcement
As the sun began to set, the loudspeakers in all six academies crackled to life.
A powerful voice rang out.
“All students, gather at the main training ground immediately.”
Minutes later, the ground was filled with hundreds of students from different schools.
Standing at the front were some of the most powerful students in the tournament, including Ami, Satsuki, Tsubaki, Kaito, Reiji, and Satsuki Jr.
The announcer, Hideo Takamura, the strongest fourth-year student in the country, stepped forward.
“Tomorrow, the Inter-Academy Tournament begins!”
Cheers erupted.
“This competition will be broadcast live for all citizens to watch. Represent your schools with pride!”
The crowd’s excitement grew.
Then, Hideo continued:
“There will be three stages to this tournament.”
• Stage One: The Endurance Trial – Teams must survive in a shifting battleground filled with unpredictable hazards. The weakest teams will be eliminated immediately.
• Stage Two: The Team Combat Challenge – Each team will face another in a three-on-three battle, where strategies and teamwork matter most.
• Stage Three: The Final Battle – The last remaining teams will fight for the championship in one final showdown.
“You are allowed to surrender… or you will be forced to surrender.”
A chilling silence fell over the students.
Hideo’s gaze sharpened.
“If only one member remains standing on your team, you have the right to step down.”
A murmur of tension spread through the crowd.
“And most importantly—any form of cheating will result in your entire team’s elimination.”
Some students gulped nervously.
“The tournament begins at dawn! Prepare yourselves!”
As the crowd erupted in excitement, Haruto clenched his fists.
The time had finally come.
Will he be able to fight without revealing his true power?
Would his team survive against Satsuki Jr.’s overwhelming ability?
As the night fell, the battlefield was set.
Tomorrow, everything would be decided.
