Mizu, Arina's servant, held the basket of bread and said, "Here, miss." Arina bid farewell to everyone and climbed onto the carriage to head to Netimo's house. When she arrived, she heard screams and the sound of someone being beaten. She quickly got off the carriage and ran towards the sound, seeing Brion being beaten. Without hesitation, she walked up to him and asked,

"Why did you hit him? He didn't do anything wrong!"

Tears were streaming down her face without her even realizing it.

Lucian, one of the people who beat Brion, looked at Arina and mocked her, "Hey Arina, did he cast some kind of spell on you that you have to defend him like that?"

After saying that, Lucian grabbed Brion's shirt and slapped him hard.

Suddenly, a voice rang out from behind: "That boy will be protected by the Aeria family." Everyone turned around and saw Arina's father walking out of the Netimo house, followed by Brion's parents. The three of them walked out, their presence making the atmosphere even more tense.

Arina's father approached Brion, looked at him, and said softly, "I have discussed with your parents that I will protect you. Your real parents are only written on paper. Do you agree?"

Brion looked at his parents, they nodded with a face of disgust, then he nodded in agreement.

A moment later, Arina asked, "Father, don't you have an important meeting today?"

He smiled and replied, "The meeting I mentioned today is to come here and offer to help this boy who will be protected by the Aeria family."
