Tuesday morning I went to the front office like I was instructed to do. Waiting there was the Principle and a boy with dark blue eyes and chestnut brown hair. He was a bit taller than me and more muscular than me, but only a little.

If I was a girl I'd definitely have a crush on him.

“Good morning Aiden. This is our new student, Mason.” The principal said.

“Ah, alight. Um. Nice to meet you Mason.” I said.

“Yeah…” he replied.

Me and Mason left the office and I started showing him around the school. “So…Mason, why'd you move?”

“My dad got a new job.”

“Alright. This is the cafeteria. Over there is the senior lounge.” I point things out to him. “Over here are the bathrooms that I don’t recommend using. They are the dirtiest in the school.”

“What bathroom do you recommend?” he laughs slightly.

“Definitely the ones near the science hall. They're still dirty but not as bad as these. Anyway, you play any sports?”

“Yeah, soccer. Do you play anything?” he asks.

“I also play soccer. I'm on the school team. You could join. We need some new players.”

“Maybe I'll see you up on that offer.”

A girl walks by, “That's the hottest girl in school, Hailey.” I tell Mason.

“Eh, she's alright.” he says.

“Yea, I don’t really see it. I can admit she's attractive but hot?”

“She's good looking and all but not my type.”

“What is your type then?” I ask.

“That depends.”

“Depends on what?”

“If they're a girl or guy.”
