Such as today...

* Ragna gets stabbed from behind, in his chest. *

As I had the Divine Sword in my hands, I was immediately stabbed from behind thanks to this Demonic Monster.

Instead of trying to use the sword to attack it. A voice immediately and automatically made my instincts to stab it into my very body, into my chest all of a sudden. 

* Ragna stabs himself. *

" Raaarghhh! " as it happened, Ragna roared as he felt a tremendous force coming out from his stabbed chest.

As he roars, the unleashed power then forms a Gate Portal, using Ragna as its conduit the Gate Portal then summons something out of it, summoning something into the very Dungeon, or perhaps someone...

* Summon complete, dust cleared. *

An old man appears, with white long hair and his recognizable 'ahoge' in it, his black armor robes, his Shield, and his left eye whose iris shows the form of an analog clock.

" So, it seems I was summoned at the wrong time," said the old man as he stood on the ground, looking at the two Demonic Savages.

* The two Demonic Monsters growl. *

[ Scanning ]

[ Monster Identified ]

"( After escaping the Timeline Reboots, I managed to at least spare some levels, after all bypassing a Universal Event is not that simple. )" the old man mentions after being summoned and then looks over at Ragna for a while, seeing him already get stabbed with the Divine Sword.

"( So he did it, as expected from him..., from 'me'... )"

" It seems you two had been enslaving both the Monkeys and the Nagas around here. Guess the Diviners and the Deviants in this Timeline are trying their best to stop me, aren't they? " said the old man as he then charged over one of the Demonic Monsters, slamming it with the power of his hand shield, so hard that the monster vomits blood.

" Yikes... " said the old man seeing the demonic blood spilled on him as the other Demonic Monster tried to attack him but the old man immediately used his power, slowly bending his the very liquid, the very water around him, conjuring a 'Water Shield' made from a powerful power-enforced bubble.

" To those who think lightly of Water, they often forget... "

" Water is everywhere and it could come in any shape or size... " 

" Like this one, have at ya! " said the old man as both of his eyes glowed white, drawing more water from his surroundings, and his 'Water Shield' immediately blasted a powerful burst of water blast, so powerful that it could be seen as a Water Energy Blast in Ragna's eyes was left laying on the ground.

" Kame... hame...? " Ragna sees it, wondering if he's dreaming right now, seeing a powerful water-based attack so wonderful, as if it looks like a comet or like a shooting star in itself.

" No, not that one from those so-called Manga of yours. "

" This is my attack, the one I cultivated after many years of training in my Timeline. "

" And that very attack will become yours as well. " said the old man as he approached Ragna and bent some water nearby to attend to his wound.

" It will heal you, don't worry. "

" You will also have this, I will give it to you without any costs. " the old man promises.

" Just who are you? " Ragna asks as he sees the old man's appearance, the old man he summons that somehow looks like a certain person from his dreams, no wonder he had seen him before.

" You will know, look your 'System' is trying to tell you right now. " the old man says as Ragna immediately a mysterious interface in front of his eyes.

[ This man, the one in front of you is none other than yourself from the 'Previous Timeline', from the '12th Timeline' to be exact. ]

" 'Mamoru'? Previous... Timeline...? " Ragna asks when he sees this and then looks again at the old man who was introduced with that very name.

" Yes, Ragna Orion 'Miraikuru' Kent.... "

" I am you, but from the Previous Timeline. "

" Or you might say in your Timeline's term..., from your 'Previous Lifetime' or 'Previous life', how's that sound? " Ragna from the Twelve Timeline asks Ragna who sees him in awe, seeing that he was this powerful in his previous life.

" Now, Ragna... "
