Zain sees everyone's reaction. The others descend into the arena in astonishment without speaking. Karl speaks to Rin:  

"I don’t want to see your intelligence in battle; I want your strength and pulse energy."  

Rin coldly:  

"You didn’t say anything at the beginning; you only said I had to defeat him regardless of the method."  

Zain enters a segment of the dialogue and draws attention. Everyone is surprised by his presence, along with Karghalan, the palace guard, and another bound person.  

The King, surprised:  

"What are you doing...?"  

Zain interrupts:  

"No time for explanations, Your Majesty. I found this person while I was at the border."  

Everyone falls silent in astonishment, and Rin scrutinizes the bound man with a cold gaze, saying:  

"It’s... it’s him."  

The others are amazed and look at Zain with hope and joy. The King, in disbelief, says:  

"Unbelievable!"  

Karl, astonished:  

"Well done, Zain!"  

Selina, with great amazement:  

"What a great day!"  

Zain firmly:  

"No time for amazement now. What were you all doing?"  

The King, joyfully:  

"It’s a long story, but in short, we wanted to set up a duel for Rin against one of the soldiers to see if he deserved to join the army, and he won."  

Zain is surprised by this decision. Karl, annoyed:  

"Don’t celebrate, Father; I’m not convinced! He will face another duel, but this time against Selina. And if he doesn’t accept, I’ll fight him myself."  

Rin, coldly and mockingly:  

"What a hassle."  

The King firmly:  

"There’s no need for this, Karl."  

Selina, preparing herself joyfully:  

"Agreed!"  

Karl, with great determination:  

"No, Father! I’m not convinced. He must show me his strength for me to trust him."  

Rin is extremely annoyed and thinks:  

"My patience with this Karl has run out."  

Rin interrupts firmly:  

"Oh, Karl! Do you want to see my full strength to trust me?"  

Karl firmly:  

"It seems you’re annoyed. Yes, I want to see your full strength, pretty boy."  

The King is about to speak, but Rin interrupts:  

"Listen, you arrogant one, if you want to measure my strength, then face me yourself. Then you might be able to see it."  

Karl, with a challenging smile:  

"Is that a challenge?"  

Rin:  

"Of course."  

Rin thinks:  

"I’ve messed things up, but he’s too arrogant. I must end this now."  

Rin respectfully:  

"Please, everyone, ascend to the stands. Leave me alone with him."  

Everyone ascends, amazed by Rin’s determination. The palace guard mockingly says:  

"Who does that handsome boy think he is? Haha, he’ll die in a second."  

The two begin with slow steps, each drawing their sword. Rin attacks with the same speed as before. Karl laughs, saying:  

"Are you really challenging me? Don’t make me laugh."  

Karl dodges all those attacks. Karl prepares himself and attacks with two swings of his sword: one fast from the right and the other from the left. Rin dodges them as if it’s a game, smiling. Everyone is amazed by that speed.  

Karl realizes Rin is mocking him and gets angry, realizing he’s dangerous. Karl quickly distances himself and begins to unleash his pulse, and pulse waves start hitting everything in their path. Karl thinks:  

"Dodging all those attacks effortlessly means he’s very fast. So, I’ll enhance my body."  

He enhances himself with pulse, increasing his speed and strength. Karl attacks Rin with everything he has, but Rin dodges without even unleashing his pulse, and Rin strikes Karl in the chest. Karl can’t dodge it, and it hurts him even though Rin didn’t use much pulse, and Karl was enhancing his body. The tension between Karl and Rin increases. Karl releases "Double Shock," a massive wave of energy rushing toward Rin at lightning speed. Rin stands still, his eyes flashing faintly. Suddenly, he disappears from his spot, leaving behind an illusion that dissipates under the force of the attack.  

Karl quickly turns around to find Rin standing behind him with a slight smile.  

"Is that all your strength?" Rin says coldly.  

Karl growls and begins attacking again, this time faster. Each strike of his sword creates shockwaves that shake the ground beneath their feet. Rin dodges every strike easily, as if dancing between the attacks.  

Suddenly, Rin stops and says:  

"My turn."  

Rin unleashes his pulse for the first time, and immense energy begins to flow from his body. The air around him vibrates, and the ground cracks under his feet. Karl feels the weight of the air and tries to move, but finds himself trapped in a wave of energy.  

Rin attacks with blinding speed, striking Karl with a force that makes him stagger back several steps. Karl tries to counter, but Rin suddenly appears in front of him and strikes him again, this time in the stomach. Karl falls to his knees, in pain and amazed by the strength he’s faced.  

Karl almost gathers his strength and rises, using what’s left of his energy, and begins gathering all his pulse in his hand. Rin senses the power of that gathered energy. The King and Selina are amazed, saying: "Will he use it?"  

Zain turns from his astonishment and asks them tensely: "What is it? It doesn’t look like the one he used against me."  

The King: "It’s his strongest technique, where he uses all his pulse in his hand."  

Zain worriedly: "Isn’t it dangerous for his hand to withstand all that?"  

The King tensely: "He’s trained for it. He controls his pulse well, so he can perform this kind of attack."  

Rin coldly and seriously: "You’re truly strong, Sir Karl, but you must show me something worth unleashing my full strength for."  

Rin thinks mockingly: "I’m using half my strength against him, and that’s enough."  

Karl continues gathering his pulse in his hand, and everyone waits anxiously to see what will happen.....
