After Ethan placed his friend on the bed, he sat next to him and waited for the nurse to arrive. Minutes passed as he stared sadly at Oliver's face, remembering the days when he was just like him. The sound of the nurse's voice interrupted his thoughts as she quickly entered, saying in confusion as she examined Oliver's body:

"What happened to him?"

Ethan replied calmly: "Don't worry, it will all be over soon."

He stood up and asked her to take care of his friend, then left the room in slow steps with his head lowered to the floor. He made his way to his classroom, and as soon as he opened the door, he was met with stunned looks from all the students. There was a brief silence before the whispers started to get louder.

The professor raised his hand to stop the students from whispering, then turned to him and said, "Hey son, do you need something from the first year classes?"

"I'm studying here," Ethan replied with a blank face.

The professor's features froze for a moment before he said: "But the administration didn't tell me about a new transfer student!"

Ethan replied in a calm tone: "I'm not new."

He walked over to his desk as usual and rested his head on it, but the whispers didn't stop:

"What is this? This isn't right!"

"Is this handsome, elegant boy Ethan?"

"How did he do this in just three weeks?"

The professor tried to restore order and continued the lesson with a surprised expression. Classes passed one after the other, and no professor could miss the dramatic change in Ethan's appearance.

At the end of class, he got up from his seat, gathered his tools, grabbed his bag, and headed for the exit door, but a student blocked his way before giving him a big hug, laughing:

"Hahaha, kid! Where did you disappear to? We missed you!"

Ethan was no stranger to the strength of the hug. He smiled slightly and said, "Huh, long time no see."

But before he could finish, Ivan pulled Leon's hands away from Ethan and began to circle around him, examining his body, grabbing his shoulders, then his stomach, then his feet, before whispering in amazement:

"Man, this is unbelievable... How did you build such a strong body in such a short time?"

Ethan laughed: "Hahaha! I've been working out pretty hard these past few days."

Oliver looked at him with a puzzled face: "What? That doesn't make sense..."

But before he could continue, Zach interrupted him excitedly: "Ethan! I missed you!"

Zack quickly advanced towards Ethan, raising his fist to charge at him, but in a flash, Leon grabbed his hair and stopped him: "Aww man, I'm the only one who lets him get overzealous!"

Ethan raised his hand to stop them, "That's enough, I really have to go, I'm in a hurry... Let's meet tomorrow."

Everyone walked out of the classroom, and before Ethan walked away, Evan whispered: "Are you sure now? He really has that power too."

Zach grinned excitedly and said, "Awesome! Awesome! Powerful new friend!"

Leon said in a serious tone: "Tomorrow we'll see his full power..."

On the other side...

Ethan was heading towards the hospital. He went up the floors one by one until he reached the room where his mother lay. He opened the door with quiet steps, then walked over to her bed, standing beside her as she slept peacefully. He gazed at her with longing eyes and whispered:

"Mom... Don't worry, I'll come back tomorrow when you're awake."

He stood silently for several minutes before walking out of the room.

The sky was dark, and the rain fell heavily, accompanied by the sound of thunder as if warning of something to come.

Ethan stood in front of the hospital, his hair and clothes soaked with rain. He looked up at the neon sign, then whispered in a low voice:

"I've changed... But now, I'm going to change some people."

He strode through the streets in the rain, while the sound of thunder echoed on the horizon.
