Blue's mind was starting to become clouded with uncertainty. Maybe he shouldn't have started this in the first place. Does he still have time to back out of it? No, he's way too far into this stupid experiment that he can't even walk out of it anymore.
Blue works day and night, Veronica becoming more and more worried about his mental and physical health. It's as if Blue has turned into a mad scientist, whose only goal is to finish the one thing he's put his whole soul into.
Blue felt like that very thing he'd put into his work was being torn apart. His soul and energy were being sucked into the experiment. But even with these worries, he continues working. At this point, does he even care about his own well-being anymore, or is it the dark orb's well-being he cares about?
Blue sits in his workroom alone, staring off at the wall with little to no thoughts. The dark orb sits beside him on the desk, not doing much of anything, either. Not like it's supposed to do anything in the first place.
When Veronica enters the room to call Blue out for food, he barely even notices the sound of her voice. He feels so alone, even with Veronica in the room waving her hand in front of his face.
To make something so out of this world, is it possible? Would you be able to produce something that impacted not only the world you live in, but the space that surrounds it? To come up with an idea so extreme, to even think about an idea so extreme, to try and execute and idea so extreme...
