INT. GESHA'S HOUSE - NIGHT

Gesha leads mika to her bed room

GESHA:  You can lay there. You can use use the TV if you want as well. I'll go get you some food.

Mika turns on the TV, and then lays on the bed, whimpering.

NEWS CASTER: BREAKING NEWS! Two Khad-Sha's found dead at the Nerrdon Library.

MIKA: GESHA! You need to see this.

Gesha runs into the room, and gasps.

GESHA(with sorrow): Zadr… Zadr is dead.

NEWS CASTER: The MPs say that they were killed recently. The DNA doesn't match any know creature on Malga. It is advised to stay indoors at night, and to travel in groups.

Mika and Gesha begin to shed tears.

NEWS CASTER: In other news, the Skel building was bombed earlier today. No one was killed, but one Khad-Sha was severely injured. 


A picture of Shaza fleeing into the forest appears on the screen.

NEWS CASTER: The current suspect is this Khad-Sha, who was fleeing the scene of the crime. Authorities haven't been able to find them after the bombing.

Mika growls.

EXT. FOREST - SAME TIME

VALERIE (V.O.) (sadistic): Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Puppy thinks he can run away from me.

Shadowy fog appears in front of Shaza. Shaza tries to run in another direction, but keeps being blocked by black fog.

Shaza runs for the last opening in the fog, before Valerie materializes in front of him.

VALERIE: Oh puppy.

Val points at the cyberspark.

VALERIE (CONT'D): You have something of mine.

SHAZA(anxious, while shaking): I'm not giving it to you.

Valerie flares up, revealing her demonic wings and horns.

VALERIE: I'M NOT FUCKING AROUND PUP.

Shaza whimpers

VALERIE (CONT'D): How adorable.

Val reaches over to grab the CyberSpark.

As Val reaches for the orb, it erupts with a blue light.
