At night, the sky is clear and cloudless, there's only a fraction of the moon remains, The cold wind blows gently and insects chirp from the forest. At the labour camp on the hill. The guard who should guard this place from the intruder and escape, now sleeping on the table by the sleeping pill effect. There's a soldier, in an NKVD uniform which looks bigger than who's wearing it, using ushanka to cover his face even if it's not a winter, He walks straight to the labour camp and slowly climbs the gate to not make any sound. Opens the door to the guardhouse and gets the keys that are hanging there. The guard didn't even notice that there was an intruder.

The intruder walks into the camp, looking around and trying to avoid the attention of the other soldiers in the camp, but not to the point of disappearing from the eyes of the other soldiers. No soldier suspects him. He walked with precision as if he knew this place well. He walked straight to 3rd building and knocked on the door of the dormitory. After waiting for a while, there was the sound of footsteps coming from the dormitory towards the door as if someone was waiting.

"Clarissa Inya Doris, right?" The soldier called out in German.

"Yes, you are the female soldier in the evening?" The little girl asked back in a small voice, in German language.

"Yes, I have something to ask you." Maria speaks in a cold tone.

"You are the daughter of Ernst Heiz Doris, right?" Maria cut to the point to reassure.

"Uhh, yes. Do you know my father?" Clarissa said in a trembling voice.

"You have no right to ask anything. Just answer what I ask." Maria snapped, causing the young girl to immediately shut her small mouth.

"Have you ever been to the Nazi office where your father worked?" Maria cut to the point again.

"That's my old house before my father donated it to the government," Clarissa replies.

"Good, I have an offer for you," Maria said, arousing Clarissa's curiosity.

"I want to steal information there while there's a party. I want you to tell me the information about the place plan, everything you know about your father's work, and how to blend in with German culture. In exchange, I will take you out of here, don't have to be a lab rat, give you food, water and clothes, and send you back to Germany," Maria suggested. She was quite sure that the little girl would agree.

"Can I change the offer?" Clarissa asks.

"What else do you want? Isn't it enough?" Maria started to get a little irritated when she remembered that a rich girl like Clarissa would want more than this, no different from the nobles during the Russian Revolution who were leeching off the working class, or even now, the NKVD who acted like they were superior to ordinary soldiers, greedy and insatiable.

"Okay, but if you try to escape, I'll shoot you" Maria threatened while looking for the key to unlock the door.

"Okay." Clarissa replies with hope.

Maria unlocked the door seeing a small kid, in dirty clothes, fearlessly looked up at Maria's fierce eyes. Clarissa walked out, and then Maria locked the door. Maria's holding Clarissa's wrist looking left, right and then at her watch. It's near the time to change the shift; She needs to be hurry. Maria tried to speed up her step, holding Clarissa's hand and walking to a hidden spot's fence. It would be bad if she walked to the exit door of the fence and ran into someone. But this wire fence is a 3-meter-high electric wire. Touching it can cause a risk of getting an electric shock.

"Listen, whatever you going to see; I'm not allowing you to ask. Keep your stinking mouth shut or we will be exposed." Maria threatens rudely at Clarissa.

"You're- What are you doing?!" Not letting Clrissa finish her complaint, let out a startled cry when she was suddenly carried on her shoulder.

"I told you to shut up!" Maria scolds back. She starts to step back from the fence about 3-4 meters.

Clarissa stopped yelling after getting scolded by Maria. Maria took a deep breath before running into the wire fence. Clarrise turns her face to the back in shock and fear. When Maria is near the fence, She jumps across it; She nearly doesn't make it but still makes it safe to another side. Clarissa was stunned by Maria's strength that beyond ordinary humans. But it made a loud sound enough to make the soldiers flash their flashlights nearby and walk to see them.

Maria not going to wake the guard to see her; She ran to the exit still not trying to make any more loud sounds from running to not make it to be a big deal or more suspected. Hiding in the shadow of a building so as not to be noticed. Maria ran to the guardhouse to hang the key in the same place before climbing up the gate. They escaped successfully. They go down the hill far from the labour camp. Maria puts Clarissa before using her hand to brush the dirt out of her clothes.

"H..How did you do that?... The fence is that high." Clarissa still in shock asks.

"I told you don't have the right to ask! I'm freaking speaking German." Maria yells back, Holding her temples with her hands

"...""Oh, Thank you then for helping me escape" Clarissa chose to not continue asking when she saw Maria's upset. Maria's looking at Clarissa with wide eyes and frowning surprisingly, But chose to ignore the words of the German girl in front of her.

"My backpack is in the forest. I will hide you in it while walking in the city to my room. Follow me" Maria leads Clarissa the way into the forest.

Clarissa's speeding up her feet follow her into the forest. Maria often turns to look at Clarrisa for not letting her run away. At the tree, the leaves convert their roots. Maria brushes the leaves off, there's the backpack Maria has hidden it. She stood up and tried to speak something. But suddenly Maria's eyes wide up, She looks around and then stares into the forest. She froze like she spotted something. Clarissa raised her eyebrows in confusion at Maria's strange behaviour. Maria's staring into the forest without blinking. She spots...

Something's moving in the forest shadow.

"Shit, dodge now?!" Maria rushes forward to push Clarissa, and she jumps out of the way.

KRAMM!!

Suddenly, something was rushing out of the forest. It's an eerie creature with a light pink gross body, big and tall around 5 meters; There are countless eyes, ears, mouths, hands, and feet everywhere emerging all over the flesh. Its eyes move around in different directions. Its mouths opened wide and let out a mad scream like a choir. It looks angry that it missed its prey. It's using its countless hands and feet growing out of its crawling on the ground to Clarissa.

Clarissa is in shocking by what she sees, her eyes start to blur, her breathing becomes laboured, and her body becomes stiff. She is unable to scream out any sound. Her mind is empty, tears running down from the instincts of a creature that is weaker than what is in front of it. It's coming closer to Clarissa. Although Clarissa wants to run away as far as she can, now she can't even move her body. It's near her now. 

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! 

Maria fearlessly used her rifle to shoot at the monster's eyes 5 eyes. It got distracted from Clarrissa to Maria. It's screaming in pain and rage, charging at Maria. It's so fast that its size does not affect its movement. Its eyes that got shot by Maria healed. Maria quickly changed the way she held the gun. Hold the guns on each side to receive the monster's charge.

CRASH! Skrrrrch skrrrch skrch...

Maria's trying to resist the monster's immense strength while it's growing more and more arms and hands to push Maria back or trying to make Maria lose balance. With its immense strength, Even Maria who is an experimental human can't resist the monster's strength. The monster pushes her until her back against the tree. Maria seems to be cornered. But she changes this point to get her advantage. She uses the tree to help her resist The monster's strength and it makes her use less strength to push the monster in front of her.

Maria used all her strength to push the monster back, causing it to start staggering backwards. Not waiting for it to get up again. Maria uses her left foot to kick it with all of her strength once again. Even it didn't do much damage to make it in pain that much. But it might be enough to buy Maria some time. The monster is still confusing and staggering. Maria ran to Clarissa and held her up on the shoulder with her backpack. She doesn't care anymore if someone sees them, now she's running to the bridge.

"I...It's coming!!!" Clarissa cries out in terror. She was sobbing from fear. Her body is shaking nonstop.

"What do you think I'm doing now, huh?!" Maria shouts back, trying to run faster. But she couldn't run at full speed carrying the shivering Clarissa and the rifle.

"Dodge now!" Clarissa warns. Maria feels the wind hitting her on the left and she tries to jump avoiding it but it's too late.

CATCH! Throwwwwwwww

The monster growing a long arm and hand, grabs Maria. But with its rapid growth and the finger unsuccessfully grow yet, making them slip out of its hand. Maria and Clarissa, who slipped out of its hand, are flying in the sky with the force of throwing. Making Clarissa slip out of Maria's hold. They're flying across the pine tree area to the depth of the forest, Birch tree area.

Clarissa's screaming from the top of her lungs in terror, crying nonstop. Maria could only make an indignant face as she spun around, unable to control her body in mid-air, making her dizzy. Her body spun around making her rifle, pistol, magazine, grenade etc. fall off Maria. She tried to grab some of it but it all failed; She couldn't grab anything.

Maria's back hit the birch tree so hard that it made a cracking sound as if her spine had shattered. Maria collapsed on the ground. Her whole body was numb due to a sudden spinal injury. Clarissa was lucky. Her shirt was hanging on the branch of the birch tree before it broke and she fell to the ground. Causing her to have abrasions on her legs and arms. The girl wailed and cried from the pain.

Maria's trying to open her blurry eyes to wake up, using her hand to explore a pocket around her body to find what she had left. Maria touches the rope that she had prepared in case of necessity, avoiding the sight of the soldiers by using a rope to tie herself tightly to the tree. She patted her pocket on the belt, luck still on her side as she locked her dagger pouch and there was a grenade left in her bag. Maria tried to stand up but she couldn't do it.

Is my spine creaked? I didn't feel any pain because this body was created to be emotionless. But like this, I didn't know how bad an injury I was. I must stand up.' Maria can't help to complain to herself. She tried to stand up but her body didn't move a bit.

Maria spotted Clarissa in front of her, Kneeling on the ground, dirt covering her shabby clothes and face. There's a loud sound of a lot of big feet coming into Clarissa didn't fall as far as Maria. Clarissa gazes up to see what is coming to her. Her body still shivering. All Clarissa can do is cry and try to crawl backwards to escape. The little kid's trying to stand up with her small legs but she can't, because of the wound all over her legs.

Clarissa is unable to fight, or escape; She is just prey that couldn't run off the monster before her. She's only waiting for the dead that coming to her. Maria who's collapsed on the ground, trying to force herself to stand up. In the end, the result of her forcing was coughing black blood out of her. Maria was in too weak a state to fight against it. But she still has the strength to run away and use Clarissa as bait. Their time is taking. The monster expanded its mouth like a rubber band, revealing layers of sharp teeth. Shivering Clarissa closes her eyes surrendering to the destiny in front of her.

"Comrade Joseph!' Maria calls one name out loud, making the monster freeze immediately.

"JOSEPH DMITREIVICH AGAPOV!" Maria calls someone's full name. She slowly stands while coughing out blood that is stuck in her throat. All of its eyes stared at Maria.

"Don't you want to win me all along, huh? come fight me!" Maria scoffs, gritting her teeth, and raising her fist in a fighting stance.

The monsters changed their target to Maria instead. It's charging at Maria instead. Clarissa looks at Maria surprisingly. Maria has a chance to run but why did she choose to fight? Fighting with bare hands looks like a stupid idea compared to how she would have to fight monsters. But strangely Maria is serious for real,  She punches the monster. It didn't cause a lot of damage, But it also caused its body to tremble quite a bit after receiving several punches from Maria.

While the monster is trying to use its hand to interrupt Maria's legs and arms, or attack Maria back. Whether it's growing a mouth and teeth at the fist that punches Maria or trying to use its big mouth to bite Maria. Maria's trying to doge and punch back as much as possible. But there's a fact that its body appearance is liquid. If it can read the way that Maria will punch. It can split its flesh apart to avoid damage. It's a dirty trick. But Maria not going to be the disadvantageous one.

 Maria grabs something out of her shirt collar. It's a dog whistle. She uses the chance that it thinks Maria's punch will go that way, And then she runs another way. Maria jumps at its leg and then jumps again to go near its biggest ear and there are thousands of ears on it. The fight before is just only an observation. Maria puts the whistle into her mouth ready to blow the whistle in her hand.

CATCH CRASH!

It used its hand to catch Maria's leg and then smash her to the ground in full force. Maria immediately coughed up blood. Maria opened her hand to find out that her dog whistle was gone. She sees it at the edge of her vision and tries to scramble to grab it. But the monster didn't let her do that, it used a lot of its hand to lock all of Maria's arms and legs. It growls at her angrily, and the smell of ozone hits Maria's face. But Maria didn't give up, She tried to struggle to grab it. It's just a few inches away but so far away. The monster opens its big, wide mouth once again, ready to devour her alive.

'No, No, No, No, please. It's just a little far away. I can't die like this.! Everyone and the country needs me. No, No, I must reach it. please.' Maria tried to resists to move towards the whistle, but in this state, she was no match for the monster's strength.
