Agent D had led Amy through several security points and finally made it to the prisoner meeting room. It was a very simple white void room with only a bolted down table and two chairs in the middle of the room. There were two guards on the opposite end of the room in front of a different door than one they entered from and Agent D was standing behind Amy by the door that they had entered from.
Amy had sat down in one of the chairs that kept Agent D to her back and she kept her eyes on the other door. The door opened up and Amy saw her sister, Ava Jay, in cuffs and two Agents in full tactical gear behind her.
Ava had the same facial bone structure as her older sister but her skin was dark brown with darker freckles on the bridge of her nose and shoulders. Her eyes were bright green and her dark green hair was tied in a loose ponytail and wrapped around her left arm was an evergreen colored vines tattoo. Ava had a thin waist like Amy and Ava had smaller hips and larger chest than her older sister.
Ava was wearing a black leather collar and it was a special tracking collar if Ava ever tried to escape but she never showed any signs of trying. She had a dark blue prisoner jumpsuit, with the top half tied around her waist, and off white crop top, but the straps were string thin.
The officers that were escorting Ava closed the door and officers inside the room moved to unlock the cuffs on Ava, and afterwards Ava happily walked over to the table. “Hello, big sis.” Ava said as she sat down across from Amy. “Still a little weird to say that.”
“Well our race is known to eat our clutch sisters after hatching.” Amy chuckled and sipped her tea. “Good thing we aren’t from the same clutch.”
“That is true or my head wouldn’t be on my neck anymore.” Ava chuckled weakly as rubbed the collar around her neck. “So what brings you here today? Is Eris alright?”
“Eris is completely fine,” Amy paused to look to the side before returning her gaze on Ava. “I don’t know why I wanted to visit you…maybe I just wanted to talk to someone who is the same race as me.”
“The best person to talk to is someone like you, eh?” Ava chuckled then went quiet as her eyes trailed down to Amy’s necklace. “Though we are not completely the same, you found your soulmate.”
Amy gently touched her necklace, “That is true we are different but you understand and even imagine what I feel.” Amy said and Ava slowly and gently took Amy’s other hand.
“I know.” Ava whispered and gave Amy a soft smile. “Come on, tell me more about what Eris has been up to.”
Amy paused before sighing and smiling, “Well I did catch Eris making out with Kat in the barn’s loft, when they were meant to be studying.” Amy made a devilish grin as she spoke and Ava started to giggle.
Eris let out a loud sneeze into her arm and it rang out in the empty metal shop classroom. “Gesundheit,” Rory said without looking up from their cell phone. “Hope you aren’t getting sick.”
Rory was a small male at height of four feet and four inches and warm peach skin tone. He had short bubblegum pink hair, bright pink eyes, and a bit of pink eye shadow and pink lipstick that highlighted them. While he was male, he was often mistaken for female due to his race having water sacks on their chest and they are shaped like breasts.
Rory’s race was called Molzaico and they were often described as desert humanoid frog people. It was hard to pick out males from females if you didn’t know what to look for like females were bigger antenna length. His race didn’t have shapeshifting ability and had to wear shifting stones if they lived on earth.
Rory doesn’t help with his choices of clothing and speaking with a more feminine voice. He was wearing a light pink shirt, dark pink pleated skirt, pink leather belt, silver chain loop hanging off that belt, brown leather high heel boots, and a dark fuchsia coat with white lined collar. Around his neck were two silver chain necklaces, one with a red shifting stone on it, and black leather collar.
Rory was sitting in a car seat that was resting on the floor and a few feet away from the car frame that Eris was working on for a class project. Eris had looked over shoulder and her eyes couldn’t help but land on the large scar on his left calf. “If I get sick, then all of you are dead.” Eris said as she put down the wrench in her hand.
Eris was a hardy alien race that rarely got sick and was called Talmapeo. The hardness didn’t help against unethical bounty hunters but Eris wasn’t a ‘pure blood’ Talmapeo and second generation Talmapeo. Talmapeo had odd biology when it came to offsprings and if Talmapeo bred with any other race the child would still be genetically a Talmapeo but they would gain abilities from other parents.
This is why Eris had her mother’s shapeshifting ability and from her Gigatreed grandma’s strength build. Eris was already bigger than the average pureblood adult Talmapeo at a height of five feet and ten inches.
“That is very true,” Rory said without looking up from their phone. “Unless it was sickness that only targets…not even then it would kill us as well with how strong the illness is.”
“What got you glued to your phone this time?” Eris went to grab a different wrench. “Are you stirring something up?” Eris returned to looking at the junkyard buggy.
“Duke and Cassie broke up because she was being a bit selfish and cheated on him.” Rory stated and looked up from his phone. “And excuse me, I may be a sassy bitch but I’m no homewrecker.”
“Alright, sassy bitch, why aren’t you watching the football practice?” Eris asked as she tried her best not to break the school shop’s wrench. The wrenches at the school were worn out and a lot weaker than her home tools, which were built to handle her superhuman strength. “I thought the vice-couch had to be at practice with the time.”
“Rainfall tends to cancel football practice,” Rory returned to focusing on his phone and sinking in the car seat a bit. “So are you planning to ubercharge this car like you did with your Impala?”
“Nah, gotta keep it dumb down for teach and others.” Eris chuckled. “This is going to be a junkyard off-road buggy that an average person could make…The ubercharge off-road truck is back in my barn.”
“Of course you built an ubercharge off-road truck in your free time.” Rory scoffed and glanced over to Eris. “I thought that Impala was your masterpiece that you would never stop working on.”
“Sometimes you need to work on different projects and not feel burned out on a main project.” Eris said as stopped working on the engine. “That’s that for now.”
“I’m surprised you aren’t done building this time by now…” Rory trailed off and Eris started to clean her hands with a rag. “You're stretching this out so you have something to do in your spare period.”
Eris gave Rory a small smirk and Rory narrowed his eyes, “I don’t know what you're talking about, Casanova.” Eris shrugged and Rory rolled his eyes. “Anyways we should get going.”
Rory looked at his phone and noticed the time, “Time already for Physics 101.” Rory sighed and stood up. He noticed as Eris had a bit of a skip to her walk to the front door. “Or Flirting 101 for Kat and you.”
“I can teach better than the teachers when it comes to physics.” Eris stated as pulled her fingerless gloves out from her leather coat hanging up by the shop door. “Kat and you know that.”
“That is true and Mrs. Fletch really doesn’t focus on us at all.” Rory leaned on the wall and waited for Eris to put on her coat. “Then again you did embarrass her the first day of starting high school.”
“Well if she didn’t properly teach the class I wouldn’t have spoken up.” Eris said as she put on her leather coat and opened the heavy steel door open for Rory. “And don’t deny you were about to do the same thing too.”
“Well you are right but I would have done it a bit more tactfully.” Rory chuckled before walking out. “You were like a wrecking ball when a simple push would have done the job.”
Eris followed behind Rory and closed the door behind her. “Well she went over blown when she took it to the principal and called in my mom.” Eris chuckled as memories of her mother ripping into Mrs. Fletch. “Though that was fun to see in the end.”
Rory shivered and slightly went pale, “I never would want to be on the receiving end of a tongue lashing from your mother.” Rory said and shifted the lettermen jacket over his shoulder. “Or have her claws at my throat.”
Eris let out a loud laugh that echoed in the hallway and Rory covered one ear as Eris laughed. Eris stifled her laugh when people started to look over to her and she had a slight blush on her face now. “Come on, let’s not keep Kat waiting.” Eris coughed and Rory snickered seeing her embarrassed.
