One of the three UUM documents they promised from the Q&A came out. They kept their word. First one titled "Ender Energy: The Force of Nature that resulted in the UUM". The first document... was a detailed analysis of the purple fog we see Atanda Xtor use. Apparently what is known as an esoteric force, known as ender energy. An esoteric force is described as a force, similar to gravity, electromagnetism, strong, weak forces. Except... its temporary, only existing in specific places, unstable, not wanting to exist, only producible, and only exists in specific places. They describe how... somehow vibrations in the fabric of reality, result in... the creation of forces dynamically, and complexly. It's rather unclear, and they give an unclear image of a weird fractal-like pattern of cubic grids.
What's more interesting is ender energy's properties. It links to a soul, any soul, and follows its will, acting as an extension of the mind. Allowing the user to sense all forces of nature, and process them the same way you see light. Except, it depends greatly on knowledge. If you don't understand what light is... you can not see it with ender energy. Same for all other things. Ender Energy is... dumb. Kinda like a computer, you say push, it pushes until it breaks itself. You need to almost... write programs, and store them subconsciously to control it. Ender Energy is the primary technology they use for wormholes, and something similar to an Alcubierre drive. There are ways to program it, or control it with computers, but... it's highly difficult, and requires set up from a being with control of ender energy. Ender Energy can convert matter into itself, and back... with perfect efficiency, and other forces it produces vastly less efficiently. It works based on E=MC^2. It does violate entropy... kinda. But it does not violate basic controvation laws. Furthermore, they state... a being controlling ender energy is known as an ender energy user, and that there are limits. Such has a muscle type limit in how much a soul can control at once, or store.
They also say "Ender Energy is a vital military resource for the UUM, and its basics are commonly known. Ender Energy Users are feared, and respected. However, the UUM keeps the production methods of ender energy... to itself, and itself alone. Along with various licenses, and other factors to monitor powerful beings. As the UUM is known for one key thing... it does not matter who you are, you follow the law, and face its punishments. It's... expensive for the procedures to become an ender energy user, and non-natural ender energy users are often... weaker then natural born ones. There are currently 12 species known, who are natural ender energy users, and their children have ender energy from birth. Yes, they can interbreed with humans, and other species, resulting in them gaining ender energy, but their genetics are so strong, they overwhelm the other species, and the child is just... the species of natural EE users. This... interbreeding far in the future, is the most likely way you will ever gain access to it. Besides buying pre-programed technology that uses it." They also say the 'programs' for ender energy are called ender energy techniques. Along with the fact that they show a video of a being disintegrating a steel cube with purple fog, and reforming it... slowly, over several minutes, with a strained face into a small gold cube. The document ends... by talking about how due to natural self-preservation instincts in a being, and the fact that ender energy, or EE for short, will follow any, and all instructions from the soul, and mind. An ender energy user's body... physically can not age beyond a point where they psychologically consider themselves 'grown up', and ender energy acts as an immune system, and body repair system at the same time. Making them notoriously hard to kill, and immortal.
Just a week later, the next document came out. "Basics on the UUM Governmental System". It was a document about a form of government, where ideas... pure raw ideas... logic, and scientific inquiry determined decisions. Mixed with a form of education system, that was... life-long, holistic, diverse, supporting specialization, and generalist methods of learning. By making learning, and subject matters similar to video games, with skill levels. Along with the idea that this is forever, and never ends. Along with individual civilizations having control over their education system(as long as they mark down skill levels, and store data within the UUM's systems, that can not be hacked). Eventually, allowing them to move from their home civilization, to learn stuff at their colleges. Thou with rules saying that you had to stay at your home civilization for 5 years after college. To truly decide if you want to stay at home, use your new knowledge there, or somewhere else in the UUM.
They described how UUM had a counsel of civilizations, where each civilization sent a representative, and that representative's power in a decision was correlated with the relevance of the issue to them, and the literal scientific data, and realism of what they propose. As they compare, study the proposals, and eventually decide on something as a collective, due to evidence, and deep scientific, ethical, and legal considerations. Furthermore, they detailed how the entire UUM government was not run by any single specific civilization. Instead split into 4 sectors. Law, Science, Culture, and Military.
The details... of the document are complex, making people's heads spin, with over 49 sub sectors of the 4 sectors, with basic descriptions of their roles, and interactions with other subsectors. Then the raw facts that the colleges they speak of, are diverse, non-governmental, and some governmental institutes that specialize on specific subjects, and each having differing costs, and diversity. Meaning, you can learn at a small college, get a better job, or go to a larger one. No timelines. Furthermore, each college is described as a 'micro-civilization'.
They also... gave a bit of history. Saying this system formed due to an initial alliance of 2 civilizations, facing a grave threat. As the battles grew, and the war pushed them to develop, they were forced to develop faster, more inclusively, and with better, more effective, and long-term systems. Until, more, and more joined, and the threats never truly stopped. Despite the document's complexity... it was also vague. Using vague terms, and a disclaimer on it said "Terms, and terminology is adapted to your local culture, and language. They are not the real terms, and terminology. But the structure is accurate."
Memes spread, one famous being a meme, where a man held a book named "Basics on the UUM Governmental System", but as he opened... The room got filled with a sea of paper. Another meme that became famous is a person asking an alien "How do you run your government?" the alien shrugs saying "We don't." As they turn, and see some god-like being 'UUM government', saying "I will consider what you say, and make sure you live well!" As it seems... even the strongest civilizations in the UUM, have no control, and don't fully understand how the UUM system works. It just was made to change, adapt and grow infinitely, just as its people, and has become... something as close to god-like in morality, and how it functions.
