The Everything: Integration

The Second Human-Extraterrestrial Dialogue Summit Pt.2

The Second Human-Extraterrestrial Dialogue Summit Pt.2

May 26, 2025

The bird has 2 sets of eyes, its beak is more tough, like a rock. It has 2 sets of wings, and its tail feathers are unusually long. It's black in color... but its feathers... seem to shimmer with rainbows at their edges. It looked... simply like a weird crow. That was all. Then... its body begins to crackle with unknown energy... as magenta, and gold cracks cover it. Then... the camera zooms in... as we... see feathers shifting, and zoom out, and watch as its body rapidly changes, bursting with flesh bone, and organs. As they are organized, form more flesh, and grow rapidly... until a 3 story tall bird creature forms. This... was the Admin... of biology.

Many... biologists look upon the massive... creature with awe. As they notice... how realistic it looks. It's likely not breathing on the moon, as its mouth seems sealed shut... not its beak. As it seems to repair to fly... as plasma jets emit from its 4 wings... like a rocket lifting off. It was realistic... no air on the moon... so how else would you fly? As it flew higher, and higher... we saw it now had 2 sets of dark black eyes. As... a purple fog surrounded it in a bubble, and the deer... returned running alongside it... as an Alcubierre bubble formed once more. This time... with the 2 creatures inside. As they entered the atmosphere. Slowly... cinematically. 'Yeah... they love their showmanship...' many thought with utter awe.

As the admins... body visible caught on fire from atmospheric reentry heat, in the live feed. Its feathers changed... to sharp... black scales. Until the heat faded, as it glided towards the NYC skyline. Pulsing plasma from its wings to control its flight. As the deer ran alongside it, but it did not glow like a star... more like a deer running on purple fog. The admins body shrank... more and more as it entered the city... flying overhead, with the deer.

The deer, and admin landed, as the deer formed a wormhole... and the eldritch eyes of Evtalo funneled out, as her figure walked out with eldritch feminine beauty. The camera focused on her, and her confident smile. As she walked. 4 angelic wings-tentacle type things coming from her exposed back, reaching and bending into thin air. While no eyes, or eyebrows, with feathers for hair, and covering her back. hands more like talons, with dark avian scaled hands. Along with downgrading bird-like feet. A very fancy white feathered modern dress, with all her feathers white. The materials of the dress... were immensely high quality. With 2 emblems on her dress front. Very nice looking... far, far feminine. But with animalistic golden eyes forming, and floating all around her, as if carried by invisible, intangible tentacles connected to her, and the lack of eyes on her face was distracting.

The wormhole closed... as the 3 beings walked... though the admin of biology transformed from a small crow... rapidly to a humanoid... covered in too many feathers to see its privates. As a metallic color, seemingly technology not biology, became visible on its neck, and glowed with holographic displays, as liquid silver covered its body... rapidly forming a back coat, with insignia. Just... like they describe in the Q&A, about trends in the UUM. The coat... was flowing to its knees, where it buttoned itself up. As it looked... outdoorsy, yet so high quality it was insane. Like made out of the finest materials. While, the several places on the face of the coat... seemed to show their power. With colors on its shoulder pads, a mix of feathers, and fur, and plant leaves, of a green color.

As its body became more, and more human-like. As it walked through the entrance... it paused looking at a sweating UN guard... its arm extending... growing new flesh, as it plucked a single hair on their head, and the guard ran in utter fear. The hair glowed... as its body rapidly changed. Cycling visibly through the face shapes of thousands of animals, diverse eyes appearing on its face. Until... they looked human... until... It looked like the man it stole the hair from. Then... after a short pause on the specific appearance. Its body cycled through skin tones rapidly, and hair colors rapidly. As if going through thousands of races, and variants of humans.

It pushed the doors open to the UN hall, and walked inside... as then... control over the cameras transferred back to the news studios. As they jumped, as they moved the cameras, and worked to make sure the same cinematic quality persisted. The 3 beings walked inside. The admins... now human face... was new.. as it stabilized slowly... eyes subtly shifting up and down. As if it was optimizing itself. Until its face was just... another human. It... smiled... with a body language that said... that was fun, as it relaxed, and seemed to just... be happy. But then it frowned... and snapped its fingers, as feathers replaced its hair, and clawed hands appeared, and its eyes became avian. Then it nodded to itself. A mix... of humans... and something else.

The hush that fell over the UN General Assembly when the Admin of Biology finally appeared was almost absolute. People who had been chatting, fidgeting, or refreshing their phones mere seconds earlier found themselves transfixed on the spectacle unfolding at the entrance. Some delegates held their breath, others slowly rose from their seats, and a low, collective exhalation of awe rippled through the room as the trio of beings—the deer-like Atanda Xtor, the winged humanoid Evtalo, and now this shifting, morphing Admin—stepped forward.

President Carter felt her pulse hammer in her throat. She watched the Admin's face shift and blur, cycling through a dizzying array of appearances before settling into a vaguely human form, only to reject it seconds later. Each subtle transformation was an unsettling reminder that this being was in complete control of its biology. No one missed the moment it plucked a hair from the guard's head. There was a ripple of stunned horror, a reflexive tensing of security personnel who half-reached for sidearms they all knew would be useless. The guard himself stood rooted in place, unsure whether to run or bow. When the Admin finished its demonstration of metamorphosis and casually snapped into a final avian-human hybrid form, the room collectively understood: it could be anything it wanted. This choice was purely aesthetic.

Maria Esposito, at the central podium, found herself gripping the edges of the stand more tightly than ever before. She caught the Admin's eye—if that's what one could call that flickering gaze—and forced her professional mask to remain intact. She'd known this day would be strange, but the stark reality of seeing a creature casually rewriting its biology in front of the entire global assembly far exceeded her imagination. She gave a faint nod, an unspoken invitation for them to take their designated seats. Evtalo and Atanda Xtor walked at a measured pace, with Atanda casting a subtle flick of purple Ender Energy around his hooves, an act that felt more habitual than conscious. The Admin, however, paused, scanning the crowd with visible curiosity.

Reporters in the balcony stared in something akin to reverence. Cameras floated overhead, some controlled by human operators, others by AI subroutines or possibly even by the UUM themselves. The images broadcast worldwide: Evtalo, with her ethereal, wing-tentacle hybrid body, gliding in perfect, uncanny grace. Atanda, the cosmic deer, stepping calmly, purple fog trailing around his ankles. And the Admin, shape-shifting in small ways every time it seemed to get more comfortable with Earth's environment—its feathers adjusting color, its eyes blinking in and out of human shape, as though still deciding how best to present itself to these lesser beings. The entire assembly couldn't help but feel they were in the presence of an ancient force, one that found the entire notion of boundaries between species laughably quaint.

As they reached the front, the Admin stopped next to Evtalo and Atanda. For a moment, silence reigned. The crowd—leaders who had spent their careers forging alliances, issuing decrees, and commanding militaries—sat at attention like elementary school students awaiting a teacher's instructions. Carter found herself leaning forward, heart pounding, a slew of questions burning in her mind: Would they address North Korea's nuclear attempt? Would they declare an "intervention" right here, live on camera? Would they reveal the meaning behind M-level words or the hidden significance of "UUM" itself?

The Admin exhaled, or gave the impression of exhaling, feathers rippling across its shoulders and arms. It looked at Evtalo, who gave a slight nod. Then it glanced at Atanda, who offered a near-imperceptible tilt of his antlers. The three cosmic visitors seemed to share a moment of silent communication, entirely bypassing the humans present. A creeping sense of vulnerability washed over the room, as though every delegate realized just how irrelevant their advanced military might, diplomatic cunning, and centuries of human governance were to these beings.

Talax, in his fox form, was seated with a lazy but attentive posture just off to the side, flicking his tail and observing the stunned assembly. His glowing blue eyes swept across the delegates, occasionally flashing in a mischievous glint. Some delegates found that even more nerve-wracking. Eccentric though he was, Talax remained a quantum-level hacker, a shape-shifting fox entity who had single-handedly trolled entire governments. If he was the "small fry," what did that make the Admin?

The tension finally broke when the Secretary-General cleared her throat again, her voice slightly unsteady. "Welcome," she said softly. "We—humanity—are honored by your presence. Admin of Biology... we are told you come with a unique perspective. We would be grateful to hear what you wish to share with us today."

The admin steps up with a child-like... excitement in its eyes. As it speaks, its words... are oddly malformed, and have a horrible odd axxcent. "I only learned local language yesterday. Very nice planet. Genetics strength is horrible, but understandable given developmental stage. I came here to mess around. That's it honestly. Trust me thou, i will not do anything too crazy. I am not one for formalities. Instincts too strong for that..." Its eyes sharpen, as they feel a animalistic edge from the admins being. It then snaps back to cheerful excitement and says "Anyway, you may call me Kevin." The name throws everyone thru a loop.

The sheer absurdity of that statement crashed over the room like a tidal wave. People had been bracing for grand decrees, for philosophical lectures on integration, for answers to the pressing existential concerns of humanity's place in the universe. But no—Kevin had shown up, not as a diplomat, not as a judge, but as an eccentric entity that just wanted to mess around.

Back in the hall, Secretary-General Esposito pinched the bridge of her nose. She was a woman who had spent decades handling the most delicate geopolitical crises, but nothing had prepared her for Kevin.

She inhaled. Then exhaled. Then, with a carefully measured voice, she asked, "Admin Kevin... what exactly does 'messing around' entail?"

Kevin, without a single change in expressing said "Oh, idk. Make a meat tree here, change a persons biology based on request, only a few people who ask, if they ask nicely. Also help with the interventions. I'm not legally allowed to do much. Anyway, i am also here to just watch. So i will leave the rest to these folks." His transforms in a instant, into a multi-eyed crow, and flies into the rafters.

Evtalo stepped on stage to direct discussion. As she spoke "Now then... lets begin with important matters."

For the male audience watching at home... There was one key standout on the UUM. Evtalo. Many joke about how... pretty she is. The eyes themselves, blinked, and were fleshy... too fleshy, with golden... almost animalistic pulps. They also seemed to be her only way to see, and there were 10-15 around her at all times. Some popped out of existence, folding away, the same way her wings did at their ends.

One thing many noticed... was she never faced who she was talking to. Just... speaking in a generally central position. Many considered it... a cultural quirk. However... most just looked at her... and felt... very, very attracted. As it hit all the right places. Though she... and the deer rairely... well no, all of the integration team are seen so rarely physically visible... that it makes people concerned. The few pictures, and videos we do have, are from these meetings... and one off encounters that are very rare. While their personalities are well understood through online communications.

However, in contrast, the brown furred... ordinary looking deer that emits, and controls glowing purple fog, while wearing a weird device. Stoic, as it stood watching with detachment. Along with the silver fox, with blue glowing eyes, that casually swayed its tail, as it just sat there, seemingly a bit bored. Were... not as pretty, or captivating. Thou... considered funny, or in the deers case... a good guard.

But even as Evtalo spoke, many couldn't help but steal glances upward at Tanner. The contrast between his small, unassuming crow-like form and his prior transformation into a towering, multi-eyed, magenta-and-gold-cracked being was stark. His current perch in the rafters, coupled with his earlier display of childish, animalistic energy, left many uneasy. Despite his unthreatening size, he exuded an unpredictable aura that kept the entire room on edge. Some delegates whispered quietly among themselves, exchanging glances and speculating whether Kevin's playful demeanor was genuine or a carefully constructed façade.

A story within The Everything canon, a foundation to it. This is a passion project, and I'm still developing my writing style, so feedback is welcome! If you create fan art, I'd be happy to include it (with credit). The current cover may replace if I get something better. I plan to release one chapter a day, until i catch up to my 109 page story google doc. Edit my chapters to make them better, and more. Refine it over time. Once i run out of backlog content, idk.
