Chapter. 11, Date 2:

Cassie POV:

I can’t believe he did that. It was so embarrassing. I ran into the bathroom and looked at my redending face in the mirror that made me want to crawl into a hole and die. “Step” “Step” Step" I hear someone coming. Cassie? A voice shouted out. Heeeey Veeee what are you doing here? I asked nervously. Looking for you. You ran out of the room without a word. Nope i just needed to use the ladies room hahaha. I say, chuckling nervously.  Cassie I might not have known you long but I know that was a lie. I'm fine, just embarrassed. I know we are engaged but I still get so embarrassed around him. It feels like all I'm doing is making a fool out of myself. How do I get this to stop? Let me ask this: do you love him? Yes, with all my heart. Then you can’t stop it, It's part of love to make a fool out of yourself. That's rich coming from someone with zero dating experience. But does he really love me? I'm not that pretty. And I have never been in a relationship before. hahaha . what? Why are you laughing? Sorry but if that's what got you down. Then you should have seen what Hayden said when you left. What did he say? When you ran out Hayden started laughing and declared his love for you in front of everyone. h-He did? Yes Cassie, He did then he had the bright idea to ask me why everyone was looking at him. Hahahaha that's Hayden for ya. That's true. Ok you ready to head back to class? Vee asked. Yes, let's go. We walked back to class of course Mr. Brown had started lecturing again but I didn't care. I opened the door. When I spotted Hayden I ran towards him and kissed him on the lips for a good three minutes before releasing. I love you Hayden. Hahaahahaha somehow you always manage to surprise me. I love you too Hayden responded.

Mr. Brown POV:

Why do they always manage to interrupt my class? I said with my face in my palm. Then I looked down. Yep, that's hard.

Cassie POV: Saturday the Day of the Second Date:

“Knock” “Knock” My Lady it’s time to get up or you will be late to see Prince Hayden. Okay, I'm up. I responded with a long Yawn. So my lady, what dress are you wearing this time? Could you find one that compliments my hair and eyes? I asked. As you wish. The maid said before opening the doors to my closet and pulling out a red dress with gold out lines and black drape(a small slightly see-through fabric that swipes over one shoulder like a tiny cape) it’s perfect. I say. As she dressed me. Then it’s on the hair. She puts my hair into a twin tails but then chooses against that and switches to just a ponytail and makes my ponytail droopy down my shoulder. Looks cute don't you think my lady im sure lord Hayden will love how you look. Yes and what of the special shoes I asked for? Yes, here they are. I opened the box to see a pair of red shoes with black fog design and a red lotus on each shoe. It's perfect. Thank you Roxxie. It's my honor. And I have a gift for you. Roxxie says before pulling a small box out of her pocket. Oh you do thank you. I open it and it's a necklace with a yellow teardrop shaped stone that matches the color of my eyes. Thank you Roxxie. I love it. Here let me help you put it on. Tada doesn’t it feel like you My lady. Yes Roxxie thank you once again. 

Hayden POV: 30 minutes before:

Get me my outfit for this evening. Yes, sir. Nina said while she got out a black tux with red trims and black sweat pants. Thanks Nina. Y-Yes Your W-Welcome. I nod my head back. I go back into my room to change, after that I grab my gift and make my way to the flame castle.

Later at the flame castle:      Cassie POV:

Lady Cassie Pince Hayden has arrived. Ok where is he now. He and your father are together awaiting you in his office. Ok thank you. I head to my fathers office. As I get closer and closer I feel even more nervous. I can’t stop fantasizing about what he is wearing. Just the thought of it makes me blush. Well, let's hope my father did say anything embarrassing.

Hayden POV:

How did I get to this? I question myself as I sit across Cassie's dad and her older brother. We just sit there in silence. Hello Hayden im Phyo el hellhound cassie older brother, it's nice to finally meet you. The same to you Phyo. now about my sister-

Cassie POV:

I arrived outside my father's office. I could hear them talking. I take one last deep breath before knocking on the door. I heard someone say come in. I opened the door. Hello father and P-Phyo when did you return. A few minutes ago I came to see you boyfriend. Oh well I'm happy you're back. But- i glanced at Hayden he looked like he got into a losing battle. I look back at Phyo. I hope you didn’t tire out my boyfriend. Too bad we are going on a date today. No no sister you got it all wrong me and Hayden were just talking. He looks like that cuz he is just so stunned by your beauty. Ain't that right Hayden. Yes, that's right. Now how about we go. Hayden suggests as he gets up. Wait. yelled out father yes father before you go there is something i wanted to discuss. Ok father go on Phyo leave us i want to talk to them. As you wish father. Hayden until we meet again. Yeah until then. So to my knowledge you both will be 17 in the upcoming months. Yes father my birthday is on November 17. And you hayden. Yes, my birthday is October 31. I like your shoes but your outfit is missing something Hayden said reaching into his pocket. Pulling out a red lotus hair pin. Hayden, I love it. I said reaching in for a hug but he gently grabbed my chin and pulled my face into a kiss. I'm glad you like it. So what do you say we get going. Ok I respond as we head off to get dinner.
