Chapter 3.

Silent Care.

Goyo, the loyal stable keeper, watched Alain with concern as he settled him into the straw. The wound to his ribs and the gunshot wound to his inner thighs were severe, so he knew he had to act quickly to prevent the young man from succumbing to his injuries.

With expert hands, Goyo began to clean and bandage Alain's wounds. As he worked, he muttered quietly to himself, aware that no one else could hear his words in the emptiness of the stable:

This young man... will probably become sterile, Goyo said, a tone of sadness in his voice. He will not be able to have children in the future. What a cruel fate…

Alain, though weak and in pain, heard Goyo's words and felt a pang of despair. He knew that his life had changed forever in that moment, and that the consequences of his recklessness would be long-lasting.

Goyo continued to work silently, making sure the wounds were well bandaged and that Alain was as comfortable as possible. He knew he had to keep the young man alive, at least until Christianne decided his fate.

Rest, boy, Goyo said, his voice soft. I will do my best to see you through. But remember, your life is now in Miss Christianne's hands.

Alain nodded weakly, grateful for Goyo's care, but aware of the uncertainty surrounding him. He closed his eyes and tried to rest, hoping the pain would subside and his mind could find some peace.

Meanwhile, Christianne returned to the mansion and changed her clothes, following Goyo's advice. She knew she had to keep up appearances and not raise suspicions about what had happened. However, she couldn't stop thinking about Alain and what she would do with him.

This intruder…¿ What will I do with him? Christianne asked herself quietly, as she looked in the mirror. He knew she had to make a decision soon.

Back at the stable, Goyo made sure Alain was well covered and that no one else came near him. He knew he had to protect the young man, at least until Christianne decided his fate.

I hope Miss Christianne knows what she is doing, Goyo muttered to himself, as he closed the stable door. This young man has been lucky to survive, but his future is uncertain.

With Alain resting and his wounds tended to, Goyo retreated to his own cabin, leaving the young man in the silence of the stable. He knew Alain's fate was in Christianne's hands, and that any decision he made would have consequences for all of them…

Alain, the only son of the Bardot family from the hotel business legacy, closed his eyes, unable to forget the face of that unfortunate woman who had shot him twice without her hand shaking.

She swore that she would make her father pay dearly for these wounds, and when he fell asleep the woman arrived and Goyo was at her side, she handed him the dress and said: take off his clothes and put this dress on him, which was the one he soiled with his disgusting filthy blood, and also, she beat him, so he is sterile, Goyo nodded and went to dress him while she stayed caressing the horse's face.
