In the technical computer room, the dim lights and the sound of the computer fan were the only things filling the silence. Jules typed quickly, his face serious. Liora and Renata sat not far from him, waiting with a mixture of anxiety and curiosity.

"I managed to open part of the archives," Jules said softly. "And... something’s off."

He displayed a folder labeled: "Internal Monitoring: Subject S"

Liora squinted. "That’s not my data..."

Renata leaned forward. "Wait... Subject S? Who is it?"

Jules clicked on the folder. Dozens of logs appeared—chat records, student email copies, even photos from the teacher's room camera.

"This isn’t just about lost data. They’ve been spying on students," Jules murmured. "And not just you, Liora. But many others."

On the screen, one name appeared repeatedly:

"Surveillance Report on Subject: Nolan Avery"

"Transcript of Interaction with Subject: Renata Voss"

"Indication of Information Infiltration by Subject: Jules Marwick — Level 2. Status: Under surveillance."

Jules froze. "They’re also... watching me."

Liora covered her face for a moment. "This... is no longer a personal battle. This has become systemic control."

Renata added, "If this leaks, Celestine could be fired. Even Severin and Elise too."

Meanwhile, in the Student Council room...

Elise knocked on the door to the president’s office. “We found the backup device. In Jules' hands.”

Celestine merely stared out the window. "I knew it. Send a message to Nolan. See if he’s still neutral... or if it’s time to choose sides."
