To: High Secretary Pillisius
From: Personnel Administrator and Deputy Social Scientist En a Mipl
This is the interview with T’Wyndum En Kare’s cousin and schoolmate, Dernek En Wil, as part of the detailed report before his training in the House of Wyxxitiez. There was resistance with the Khitters alderman in our presence but that has been resolved. But due to the issue, some documents shall arrive late.
We chose En Wil as a reference due to him being a relative who has known T’Wyndum En Kare for years through family gatherings and later in school where he is one of the senior students with responsibilities.

Mipl: Thank you for agreeing to be part of this interview. Can you state how you know T’Wyndum En Kare?
Wil: I am his cousin. And, well, also school but not in the same year so I don’t see him that much there.
Mipl: Would you say you’re close to him?
Wil: Quite, I would think. He’s family.
Mipl: So you could call each other friends?
Wil: Sure. I’m older than him by like 10 years [laughing]- or maybe like 4 years now but no we aren’t like best of mates . But we are close as family members. Our whole family is pretty close-knit.
Mipl: When do you get to see him?
Wil: We have family gatherings around twice a year and I used to babysit him and M’ala once in a while.
Mipl: What was he like to babysit?
Wil: Tough. He asked a lot of questions and talked non-stop. And he would move. You’d sit down with him watching television and the next second, literally, gone. But super funny. Lots of fun times.
Mipl: Did you notice anything extraordinary about him during that time?
Wil: Of course. There was the slightly fast aging thing. We were worried if it would ever stop but glad that he’s normal now. Anyway, he was also born kind of different, in terms of looks. Didn’t have any feathers for example but we, we didn’t care. He’s our family. Also, there’s the super strong thing[Laughing].
Mipl: What was the reaction from the public like from your point of view?
Wil: At school, people would talk and ask me questions. But nothing more. I know he was sort of famous as he was in the papers. I think his parents did it so they could find someone to help with the aging issue. I heard they would get nosy passers by but that’s all I heard. I think they downplayed the strength so there weren't too many vultures if you know what I mean. It was like a local rumour that only the family really knew.
Mipl: How did T’Wyndum cope with the interest?
Wil: He loved the attention. Any time the news came for updates he would brag about him being five years old in three years. He would make sure to get dressed in his best for the camera.
Mipl: Talking about dress, as a Maevink native myself, I noticed he wears a lot of the traditional stuff. Do you know the reason?
Wil: You are from Maevink? With the name, I thought you were just adopted but you’re really from here? [Speaks in Mae]
Mipl: Let’s keep it in Aoenis for the transcript, please.
Wil: Yes, sorry. I wouldn’t expect you to be from here. What part? You have no accent.
Mipl: North.
Wil: Alright, makes sense. I went up to the North on a school trip like a year ago. Really nice mountains. We just have rain and dirt and- Sorry, right, the question. I would say he just likes the clothes.
Mipl: No reason? Interesting. He wears his hair in braids at the front tied with the ribbons and twine and does the old niche tradition of tying his mother’s feathers to his hair. I know the old men in Khitters do the first style but the feathers is something from history books.
Wil: I think it’s cool.
Mipl: A few months ago is when he stopped aging. At that time, he said he regained his memories. Were you told anything about this?
Wil: Not really. I just noticed he was different in school. He had joined once he turned sort of eleven and everyone was drawn to him. Not just because he was different but because he’s such a character. All my friends loved him. Now, he’s super quiet. Like, with the Earth and other planet situation I only heard about it in the news like everyone else.
Mipl: So you didn’t hear any of his concerns about his background or when the family wrote to the Interpreters to find out more?
Wil: No. My parents might have just been told by his parents about him telling strange stories.
Mipl: How was-
Wil: Can I use the gents, quick? Thanks.
Mipl: Ready to resume?
Wil: Yes.
Mipl: How has his family coped with finding out that potentially T’Wyndum is not their son?
Wil: But he’s still their son.
Mipl: My apologies, bad phrasing.
Wil: Yes, nothing changed.
Mipl: Except T’Wyndum getting into adventures in the Swamplands. How did he get involved in these?
Wil: I don’t know. He has spoken more to his sister’s friend. I think her name is Arae. She’s into all the stranger elements of Terrδe. Things like the Swamplands. She wears that small dagger necklace. She, most likely, told him about the Swamplands.
Mipl: What do you think drives him to explore a dangerous place?
Wil: I don’t know.
Mipl: I’m sure everyone must be worried about him getting into fights?
Wil: Yes, of course. Especially, at first. His parents couldn’t stop him going so it seems that’s why he’s going with you guys. To do it in a safer and more sensible way. Most of us here in Khitters know he can handle himself. He beat up that thieving giant in seconds, he can do anything. And that time where he rescued that kid from the birds of the swamp. I can’t even imagine how he reached them. And he saved the sheep from the Sticks. He’s so cool. And just doesn’t get to fighting. Sorry, but I have to go. Got the exams coming and have a study group.
-- [End of Interview] - -
This interview only affirms my belief that T’Wyndum needs guidance and must feel wanted. In return, we will get the most popular man and potentially symbol in all land under the Wyxxitiez name and beyond. I hope this message will be conveyed precisely to Pa. Wyxxitiez. More details on how to get the most out of him are located in the full report.
