Sunwoo answered the call.
"Hello? Who is this?" Sunwoo asked.
"This is Sejong Hospital. Is Seo Jaehyuk your father?" The woman on the phone asked.
"Y-yes. Why?"
"He is currently at the emergency room. He was found stabbed with a knife, excessively bleeding. he was found by his neighbour after hearing loud screaming."
"Wh-what.. I'll be on the way." Sunwoo said.
Sunwoo ended the call.
Sunwoo leaves the study group session and ran.
"Sunwoo, where are you going?!" Yunju yelled.
"Hey, we're not done with Chapter 3 yet!" Doyoon yelled.
Sunwoo almost got hit by a car.
"Look carefully! *beeps*" The Driver shouted.
"Sorry!" Sunwoo shouted back while running.
Tears started welling up in his eyes.
He finally arrives.
Sunwoo was tired and almost lost breath.
Sunwoo ran to the staff.
"Where is Seo Jaehyuk?"
"That way, sir. Turn left then go straight. The last door."
"Thank you."
Sunwoo ran into the emergency room. but was stopped.
It was too late.
He saw his father lying deceased outside in front of him.
"D-dad." Sunwoo stuttered.
He dropped into the floor.
He cried. went to his father's body.
"Dad. Who did this to you!!" Sunwoo cried out.
His eyes were red and swollen.
He tried to wipe his tears but it went on like a faucet.
"No.. Please, no. This isn't real, right? It's a joke. Right? Dad. Please. Just last night we were having fun watching our favorite show. Why?" Sunwoo yelled crying.
He laid down facing the floor.
His hands were holding his father's body covered in a long piece of cloth.
"Whoever did this.. they.. they will burn in hell." Sunwoo whispered crying.
The deceased body was being pulled out of the hospital.
"NO! LEAVE HIM HERE! LEAVE HIM HERE!" Sunwoo shouted as he was losing his mind.
Sunwoo was crying alone. he was assisted outside.
"Sir, it's okay.."
"ITS NOT!"
"I wish, I never ended up out here in the wild. Nothing was easy. I'm just an innocent highschooler that was sent to my future life. I never asked for this. I wanted peace. I wanted to end it all. Why did someone save me? I would've never experienced this hellish place only if I died. At this exact moment, I feel like everything just fell apart. I myself don't even have an idea why am I here. what am I doing here. and what am I gonna do? But. This isn't happening yet. It's in the future. but, I'm not ready. I'm not ready for this exact moment. Even now, I already feel like giving up. Like the world just crumbled into pieces. Now, what do I do after this? Everything feels heavy, Everything feels oppressed and weighed down. I don't think I can survive life. I wasn't made for this." Sunwoo thought to his self, while crying, shouting and being dragged out.
*Yunju sent a message.*
"Sunwoo, condolences. but may I ask what happened?"
Sunwoo ignored the message. he's at his house, alone. crying over his father and mother's death. Hugging their clothes.
"Mom, Dad, please.. please come back. I can't handle life without your comfort. Please. Please." Sunwoo said, crying in his room alone.
*Jiho sent a message.*
"Aww, I heared the news, poor you. Meet me tomorrow at the park after lunch. haha."
