The man hurriedly walked fast. 

"Huh, He doesn't care what I say."

"Excuse me, did you see someone hiding his face?" 

Ask the man in the suit. 

Hearing that, Katsuragi realized that the person he was talking about was the same person he accidentally bumped into.

"He went that way." 

"Thank you young man." 

As soon as the man left, Katsuragi sat down on a nearby bench. Looking around, and when the situation seemed peaceful, he called someone. 

"You can go out." 

The man came out of the bush. 

"Why help me? And, I apologize for bumping into you earlier." 

"Because I think that's right. Who are you and why he searching for you?"

The man took off his mask and hat, revealing his face, he had red hair and golden eyes. He also has a scar on his chin. 

"Who are you?" 

"A-Ah?! You don't know me??" 

"Yeah, I have no idea who you really are." 

"E-Ehem, my name is Dargo, I'm a Shanzhou boxer.." 

"Never heard of you."

Hearing that, Dargo let out a heavy breath.

Seeing that, Katsuragi let out a small laugh. Showing that he was amused by Dargo's reaction.

"Boxer huh? I see.. you don't even look like a boxer." 

"Huh?! It's true that I'm a boxer, I wear combat clothes." 

"Since when do boxers wear combat clothes?" 

"You don't believe it, do you? Look at this!" 

Dargo took off his disguise and showed off his armor. However, his actions have attracted the attention of many people around.

"Damn, someone accidentally exposed himself.." 

"Damn it.."

Katsuragi stood up and started walking. 

"Good luck with the fans."

"O-Oi! Wait a minute! what's your name? Just to remember because you helped me earlier." 

"Shin Katsuragi. An outlander."

A few minutes later, in the library. Dargo manages to escape from his fans and runs into Katsuragi, again.

"Oh, you again." 

Katsuragi said as he flipped through the pages of the book.

"What are you doing?" 

"Instead of asking what I'm doing, ask what I'm looking for." 

"Okay, what are you-" 

"History of an ancient civilization once led by Itaris, the Elder of Authority." 

"Katsuragi? What are you doing here?" 

Katsuragi turned to his left and saw Carmira. He put the book on the table. 

"Looking for information. What are you doing here?" 

"Today is my day off. So I thought of coming here, and oh.. Mr. Dargo? Nice to meet you. I didn't think you were friends with him, Katsuragi. I mean, pff.. you're not the kind of person who makes friends that easily." 

"Haha, that's right, miss, I'm Katsuragi's best friend." 

"Since when did you become my best friend?"

"Few minutes ago." 

Katsuragi sighed. 

"Well, if you really want to be my best friend, help me." 

Katsuragi then explains that he's searching for answers about his past, though the details remain hazy. Dargo nods, visibly intrigued, and offers to help him. 

"You need someone who knows this city inside and out," he says.

"I may not look it, but I'm good at keeping secrets-and avoiding those pestering reporters."

Carmira just smiled at the interaction between them. 

"Good luck finding out about your past Katsuragi." 

Few days later. Katsuragi and Dargo arrive at the hidden archive. Inside, the energy still works well. They both started looking for clues. Seeing how determined Dargo is to find information, Katsuragi realizes that he has found another person, whom he can consider a friend. 

"Hey, there's something here." 

Katsuragi moved towards the computer in front of Dargo. Then, type the keyword 'Katsuragi'. And there is only one result. 

"It seems that there is only one piece of information about you." 

Katsuragi clicked on the search results and saw a poster of his face with 'Missing' written on it. Dargo also read the rest. 

"Shin Katsuragi, son of Prime Minister of Inzumo, disappeared for three years after the Abyss crisis that claimed his sister and mother's life."

"Wait, Katsuragi. This is-"

"I know. Apparently, they've been dead for a long time. I'm the one who was negligent.." 

"H-Hey, it's not your fault. You've also been diagnosed with amnesia, right..? And maybe you have a chance to meet your father, he is still alive right?"

"Maybe." 

However, an alarm goes off and several robot guards appear. Dargo was then surprised, because he had said that this place had been abandoned for a long time. 

"W-Wait a minute! This place should be old and the power supply has been cut off!"

"Ever jump off a building?" 

"What?! No!"

Katsuragi pulls Dargo and throws him out the window, he joins in and jumps off the building. Katsuragi also directly created wings from the shadows and took Dargo away. 

"Since when do you have wings?! And Give me a warning before you throw me out of the building!"

"From the last two days. I just found out I can use my power from the shadows." 

Some time later. They both landed in a nearby park, Dargo then looked at Katsuragi and felt a little guilty. 

"Are you okay?" 

"I'm okay. It's just.. that information slightly surprised me. I'll think about whether I want to go to Inzumo or not. For now. Thank you, Dargo. Because help me find something related to my family, even if it's just a little. But, it's very valuable. You are a good friend." 

"You're welcome, we should go back now. It's already late. See you later, Katsuragi."

Katsuragi then walks away.

Katsuragi's journey for answers has taken an unexpected turn, and in Dargo, he's found not just a friend but an ally who shares his resolve. As they set out to uncover the secrets of Katsuragi's past, he realizes he's no longer facing this path alone.

Meanwhile, in Novaris Island.

"AHH!!!"

One of the Awakeners screamed in pain. He looked at his badly injured leg and looked at his friend's motionless body. He tried to crawl away, but he was immediately pulled by a tall, dark-bodied humanoid figure, whose wings resembled those of an insect and had a thinner body. 

"Calm down human. As the king of a planet far from yours. I will make it quick and guarantee you will not feel pain for long. I didn't think that humans also have this kind of energy.. I will devour them all, starting from you and your friends.."
