The starry eyes came closer as the world faded into solid, icy blackness - all but the eyes. As I looked at them in more detail, it seemed as if the entire multiverse was reflected - or even EXISTED - there, only there and nowhere else.
It was…beautiful…
Something was definitely wrong. I was still standing in the same place and same position on the stairs that I was before the ‘dream’ had slid itself back into my memory. It was like no time had passed at all. It was way too much to comprehend right now - I had guests to meet and mum was probably waiting for me.
As I stepped into the kitchen, I almost fainted when I saw the scene! All the pottery I made at school had fallen and smashed and the drinks that were probably prepared for the guests were spilled and dripping off the edge of the table. Mum was nowhere to be seen. I looked everywhere and it seemed like all hope was lost but just before I gave up, I found a note. It read:
If you’re looking for something, try searching your dreams…
