Bird nerd is squinting their eyes super hard trying to figure out if that’s actually a chickadee or not. 🤨 One of the most classic features of the various chickadees (apart from their signature call) is all of them have a fairly prominent black chinstrap. This little birdie keeps its chin hidden from us- making identification inconclusive. 😔
