Majority of the men and women you see in hats, suits, ties and dresses are spies and assassins so don't get to caught up with there appearance. Oba is a Spy for a unknown agency in the Land of Saloom he has a buzzcut fade and wore nice suits and black gloves. He kept to himself but don't be fooled he could hold his own in battles. Also Oba uses Green Earth Aura Energy and fights with a dagger. What is Klaus and Oba's goal and will these 2 ever cross paths?
