YEAR 1216

It was Prince Isak's 12th birthday, the Emperor and Empress decided to personally visit the academy and bring their son home to celebrate his birthday.

It was a journey of 5 days.

The Emperor and the Empress arrived at the academy on the 5th day. Prince Isak happily ran down the stairs to greet his parents and the next moment, all the light on his face disappeared, and all he was left with tears and red eyes.

The bodies of Emperor and Empress along with the guards that accompanied them were all laid down in coffins which were lined up in rows. On the 3^rd day of their journey, their carriages were attacked by assassins in the deep forest.

 Nobody survived except for one of the guards. The guard even though injured badly, managed to reach a nearby village and send his letter to the academy and recover everyone’s dead bodies with the help of the villagers and on the 4^th day, guards of the academy arrived at the location to carry the dead bodies of the Emperor and Empress and the guards to the academy to fulfil their last wish to return home along with Prince Isak.

It was a journey of 5 days. Enough to shatter Isak’s entire world.

After the death of the Emperor and Empress, Isak was brought up by the late Emperor’s younger brother and Archduke Karol Lavis. Archduke Karol trained Isak diligently and protected him from all dangers at the cost of his own life.

 

YEAR 1218

Time passed by, and Isak grew up becoming strong and fearless by his uncle’s side. Nobody in the Empire dared to doubt him.

Isak for the longest time, was deeply in love with one of his classmate in the academy, Akira Koil. Even years after he had quit the academy, he missed her, he abandoned those unexpressed feelings for the sake of his Empire and settled for a political with Ejara Saraf, the eldest princess of Sarara Empire.

 

YEAR 1220

Isak and Ezara both ascended the throne when they were both 18 years old 2 years after their marriage. They shared a formal relationship with a very few conversations but immensely respected each other. They both carried out their respective duties and worked together.

The Empire of Eravi became a prosperous place under their rule.

 

Year 1222

The Emperor and Empress was blessed with a son. After a few days Isak officially announced the next heir of Eravi, Alenward Decolard.

 He gently took both her hands in his palms, kissed them, close his eyes and then rest his forehead against them as if asking for her permission to take the next step. Ejara's body was vaguely shivering but before long, she fred one of the hands and ran her fingers through Isak's face until he opened his eyes and looked at her.

Every moment was a beautiful silence between them with only their hearts beating in their ears. The bride and the groom were waiting. They were waiting to take each other , waiting to became each other's.
