Look who's challenging me. This lowlife who happens to be the urgliest thing I've ever seen.
If not for the fact that she's a girl, I would have giving her a slap a long time ago. But it's obvious, I might change my mind soon.
I walked closer to her, then I repeated. "Witch and what are you going to..." I wasn't through when I heard a shape sound close to my ear.
Fuck!
This bitch had slapped me.
I couldn't believe she'd slap me. Aria had guts. But I wouldn't let it slide. I raised my hand to retaliate, only to feel it being held back. My father stood behind me, his grip firm.
"Ethan, how could you?'' he asked, his voice laced with disappointment, as he dropped my hand. So he's fighting for her now. Do he intend to marry her mother or she? Because I seriously can't explain what's happening right this moment __
She's lucky my hand didn't landed on her check, else by now, she would have been rushed to the hospital.
''She hit me first,'' I defended, feeling a mix of anger and embarrassment."
"Weren't you the one who called her a witch?" He asked me.
Dammit!
Can someone tell me what's going on here? So I can no longer have peace in my father's house because of a girl who goes by the name Aria?
"Dad, Frankly speaking, I don't like this bullshit! What's with this special treatment?" I asked him.
"There's no special treatment here, you're the one making things difficult for yourself." My father said.
I chuckled "really? There's no special treatment yet she's the one getting all the attention?"
It feels like I've been punch in the gut! You know angrily? I honestly can't describe it but I'm going crazy right now.
She's having an upper hand here and I'm not supposed to allow her.
"How am I making things difficult? Honestly dad I can't stand this bitch keep running her mouth.." I told him.
"How many times have I told you to stop being abusing?" My father asked me.
He's always going to find a way to defend her.
I was breathing heavily and my fist clenches as my knuckles turned white. I couldn't stand seeing all of them, and so, I walked upstairs.
I dug out my phone and immediately dialled Helena's girlfriend.
"Hello, baby where are you?" I asked her.
"Any problem, you don't sound happy," she told me.
"Of course I'm not happy. All these people are getting on my nerves. I want to get out of here. I'm on my way to meet you,'' I said, ending the call abruptly.
Without a second glance, I descended the stairs, but Aria was absent. I stepped outside, slid into my car, and hit the gas, leaving everything behind.
On arriving at her apartment, I knocked then she opened the door.
"What's with the sad face?" Helena asked me.
I didn't said anything instead, I walked inside and collapsed on the sofa.
"Is it about that bitch that calls herself Aria?" She asked me.
"If it's not she, who else would it be?" I rhetorically asked.
I'm surprised she's even asking me such question, she know I have no other reason to be mad if not because of Aria.
"Dammit, Why not you talk to your father and tell him to throw away that poor thing out of your house?" She asked me.
"The problem is, my dad no longer care about me, as a matter of fact, if that bitch should tell him to throw me away, he's going to do as she says. " I told her.
" Is this a deliberate exaggeration or what? " She asked me in disbelief.
I sighed. " Do you think I'm lying to you?" You can come to my house and see things yourself."
" If it's this serious, you're supposed to teach her a lesson," she told me.
" How am I going to teach her a lesson when my father is always there to defend her?" I asked her.
" Try convincing him to bring her to our school," she told me then I laughed. I wish she knows that bitch isn't ready to come to our school.
"She doesn't want to come," I told her.
"Why?" She asked me.
"I don't know why and that's the reason why I was mad. She even slapped me." I told her.
"What!" Helena exclaimed. " You mean she slapped you?"
" Yes she did," I told her. I felt really provoked I shouldn't have allowed that dumbass slapped me that hard.
I turned my cheek to the side, revealing the slap's aftermath. Helena's eyes widened in anger. ''She slapped you like that and you let her?'' she asked, her voice low and even. ''Your cheek's got a mark – that slap was hard.'' I rushed to look at the mirror and to my weirdest surprise, there's a reddened mark on my face.
Fuck!
She stood up, her face tense. ''Where is she?'' I walked back to where she's standing beside the sofa, curiosity piqued. ''Why are you asking?'' Helena's frown deepened.
''Didn't you hit her back?'' she asked me.
"I tried slapping her but my dad stopped me." I explained to her.
" Your dad stopped you? Why? " She asked me.
" Helena I can't really tell why he's always siding that girl, I feel he likes her more than me. His attention is on that girl and I must tell you, he's ready to do anything to defend that bitch! " I told her.
" Why not we find a way to get rid of that girl? " She asked me.
" That wouldn't be a nice idea, but we can teach her a lesson, by the time she start attending our school. " I told her.
" And what if she doesn't come? " She asked me.
I stepped closer, wrapping my arms around her waist. ''Trust me, baby, she'll come" I whispered, trying to reassure her with a kiss.
But she seemed unconvinced, her body stiff with tension. Her mind was clearly preoccupied with Aria, and I could sense her desire for confrontation. ''C'mon babe, there's no need to worry,'' I murmured, my voice low and soothing. ''There are many ways to handle this.''

She’s not ready for the mansion. She’s not ready for the lies.
And she’s definitely not ready for him—the boy she’s now expected to call family.
He’s distant, cruel, and impossibly magnetic. He has secrets behind his silence and eyes that burn right through her. Aria knows she should stay away. She knows the rules. But the more they tries to stay away, the deeper they falls.
