"Yes sir?" I ask as I was in the middle of my work. 

"Are you overworking again?" Mr Whitecore asks. 

"No... You don't like my work?" I ask trying to not seem too angry. I understand that he is somewhat a caring bossand all but like its not like I am working overtime and doing way too much. 

"It's not that I am just worried that you are doing too much and overworking, I hate it when my employees get burnt out and not looking after themselves," says Mr Whitecore. 

"Mr Whitecore, I do take care of myself. I think the only one who overworks and doesn't take care of themselves is you," I reply. As soon as I finish my sentence, he spins me round to face him. 

"Are you commenting about me overworking? Are you really going to go there, Ms K?" says Mr Whitecore looking furious. (If you don't know my last name is Kingston but due to some familial complications I didn't slip up what my actual last name in the human realm.)

"Sorry sir, didn't mean to hit a sore spot," I reply. 

"Well, too bad, cause now you've made me mad," says Mr Whitecore. "I will want to see you in my office! Preferably after work hours." Ok now I am confused. Like what does this mean? Chilling out with a boss after work doesn't seem too bad but I also don't want to feel like it may affect my pay check. With pay day being round the corner I need to earn loads to invest and help my people back home.
