Just as Sora was being herself on her desk in the vast classroom, the dashing puppy comes to accompany her, making Sora roll her eyes dramatically. "If  you're here to be hysterical again then you'll be done" She looks away making a pouty face, unnoticed by Taeho. He talks back, "No dear classmate. I'm here to know what else you do besides fangirling (being a fan of idols and collecting and merchandise) and sitting here with your boring bench mate." "Nothing", Sora says casually, "What's the point of wasting my energy when it'll be gone anyway." As usual her reply makes him disappointed but his flawless presence of mind has enough words to comfort anyone with a dispiriting existence. He speaks with enough enthusiasm,

"Just live until you die."

Sora looks down and mumbles, loud enough to hear, "You're way too positive", pretending like she doesn't like it. Taeho senses a reason to change the topic and thus he can now ask her out for his matter. Leaning onto the desk with his one hand, he tilts his head to the side to have a good look at Sora who was looking downwards. He lifts his eyebrows before speaking, knowing it'll spark her somehow, "Let me tell you something that nobody knows." She slightly lifts her head as she is kind of interested to know the matter. "I've an audition in two days. Can you come to cheer me?" As he speaks, a witty smile curves on his lips because he can already guess her answer. Where Sora's eyes sparkles as she feels a tingle inside her. This time not for those dazzling idol factories but to get to see him perform in front of her for one more time. Within a moment she agrees. Both shares a smile, warm enough to melt anyone's heart.

On the day of audition, the studio swarms with thousands of people, some are there to set fire on the stage where some are there to support their loved ones. Taeho stands still in the queue while his eyes keep surfing along the crowd wishing for that one familiar figure to appear. Time keeps on running yet his restless eyes couldn't find a shore to stay still when a crew member comes to let his team know that they'll be the next to go in. Taeho's teammate sees him getting fidgety so he casually informs him to get ready. Taeho comes to his sense, making him face the reality that for whom he's been longing might not show up anymore. However his heart refuses to accept it. He brings out his phone and decides to text her for his own peace of mind, "You're coming right?"

He now has no time to think as their performance begins. Even with a stormy mind, he manages to end the performance with his impressive skills and years of practice. As he is done and it was quite obvious of his selection, he seems so neutral about it. The first thing he did was checking his inbox, only to find out a text from Sora's side that shakes him from inside, "This is Sora's brother. She felt sick so we had to hospitalise her." He has nothing in his presence of mind. All he can do is run to her.

Taeho rushes to the hospital. He manages to find her brother and bangs through the doors. His heart racing fast, not knowing what image of Sora he'll be seeing by now, he frowns his eyebrows so that the fear inside him doesn't get unlocked. As soon as he enters the room, a name comes under his breathe almost inaudible, "Sora!" he freezes. Seeing him this concerned Sora, who is sitting on the hospital bed, looking all pale and tired, sends a warm smile to Taeho. She gets that being in a hospital maybe nothing for her but he isn't used to it. This time Sora initiates to comfort Taeho by saying, "Sorry I wasn't feeling good so I couldn't go to see you", her voice so soft yet breathable. After receiving those words from her, he comes closer her bed, holding himself from caressing her, "Are you okay?" he asks. "I'm okay. It happens..." Sora gets cut off by Taeho's restless words, "Please let me know from next time." His voice indicating about him accepting the reality. Sora shoots a heartfelt smile, understanding how much he cares for her, genuine care that comes from the bottom of the heart. None of them knows when it all happened, it just happened.

Time passes by, not fast enough to heal Sora's illness, yet the supports she received, helps her to get back on her feet. Her surroundings feel so cheerful than before, maybe her puppy is bringing the joy that she seems to enjoy secretly. Speaking of the devil, or maybe we should say a 'tipsy puppy", peeks through the doors. Sora senses it and yells, loud yet trivial, "Come in you dumbo!" Taeho shows himself in front of her with his both hands behind. As he comes near her, he looks away, shy but acting cool, and hands over one sunflower. His behaviour makes her chuckle. Her cheek flushes red as she tries to mumble. Her positive reaction gives Taeho the sign to put together his remarks. He excitedly says, "Well I've something to tell you" he waits for her approval to proceed then he continues, "I got selected and I might debut in a boy band soon." He is sure of it that Sora will be the happiest person of his world to get this news. But both of them knew it beforehand about Sora's absence while he'll be peaking his career. There is no hope for Sora to get discharged before his debut. So the reason of Taeho's slightest disappointment on his face is clear to her. She screams at the top of her voice with all the energy she has left in her body. This makes Taeho at ease and smile for her cute behaviour. While shouting she carefully pulls him to a hug saying, "You did a great job", her voice sweet like honey. Taeho gently pulls back as they both exchange shy smiles, "Makesure to come and see me right after you get discharged." "You're really invested in the future",she speaks as she breaks eye contact with him as the air around them seems to get tensed. Taeho replies with great enthusiasm, "Of course! It'll be so fun with you." As they both smile, a strange connection between them is felt by the two, making them actually looking forward to it, to know what's waiting for them in the future.
