Jealousy, one of the deadliest sins

The one which can hurt you from within

To make you covet, and want and need 

An obsession that fills you high with greed

You hurt the ones you love and care

To get what you want, you think that's fair?

Jealousy, there's just no stopping it, friend

This leads to anger, and that's not a great end

These feelings cause seeds of envy to bloom

And lead you down a path of gloom

If you may lack what others do have

Don't let your jealousy take control

For what you do after won't lead to joy

But instead, make you feel less whole
