After finishing, I waited a while for everyone to return with their families, which took another 2 hours. Some only had girlfriends whom I ‘suggested’ to propose to and turn. Loretta wasn’t very amused at me doing so, but I’m doing them a favor by giving them the ‘courage’ to propose. Anyway, everyone returned, and I was glad to see that my ‘advice’ helped bring the couples together. All in all, everything turned out okay, so no harm was done by giving them a ‘push’ in the right direction. The fact that the more kids my Blood Champions have, means more Champion Bloodkin, which are slightly weaker versions of Blood Champions, but without the limit, is most definitely not the entire reason I wanted them to all have Blood Mates. 

After the newly made Blood Champions gathered, I called for the rest of the girls and all blood attendants to meet at the courtyard. There, I explained that we would be going to my birth city of Mortishaven, where they would learn how to utilize their new abilities. Activating the progenitor-specific skill of Clan Mass Flight allows for the flightless members of my clan to be granted the Flight skill temporarily while they are within a certain range of me. However, blood consorts within range extend the area by half its original area, while Blood Attendants extend it by a quarter. This allowed for the area of effect to encompass everyone. Although they are given the Flight skill, they don’t have control over it. It’s more like I am using the ability to carry them as they are always kept within range while moving along with me, meaning if I change direction, all flightless members will also change direction. Only clan members with natural Flight can move around freely. 

After lifting everyone in the air, I used another Progenitor-Specific skill called Clan Mass Invisibility, which is the same as Clan Mass Flight, with the only difference being that it grants Invisibility instead of Flight, and if everyone were on the ground, they would be able to freely move around. Now with everything ready, I began our return to Mortishaven. 

We arrived at the entrance of Mortishaven 20 minutes later, and we filed through the cave-like structure. Looking at it made me wish I had a Clan Blood Guardian, which is a magical beast that I would have to defeat and turn. The surface entrance to the Birth City, which is currently a cave, will then morph to fit both the Clan Blood Guardian and match its theme. In the future, when Origin Borne Vampires and Blood Descendants of my clan leave Mortishaven to start their own Blood Crypts and Vampire Crypts, miniature versions of the Clan Blood Guardian will spawn at their surface entrances in the form of Greater Clan Blood Guardians and Lesser Clan Blood Guardians. Also, Vampire Spawn who fight under the Clan Blood Guardians and defeat invaders will be able to evolve into the Vampire Guardian evolution tree, which is the second most powerful evolution tree, with the only tree more powerful being the Progenitor’s Chosen Evolution tree. 

Once everyone was inside, I teleported everyone to the throne room of Mortishaven Castle. Elevated on top of a few steps sat 10 mini thrones, 5 on each side of a larger throne. I then spoke to the girls. 

「As you probably already realized, the center throne is mine while the mini thrones are all of yours. Once you sit on one of the Mini thrones, you are bound to it. It grants you authority within Mortishaven, just as I was able to teleport anywhere within, you will be able to as well. There are several chairs like this within Mortishaven. However, I will be assigning them based on your skill set. But first you we bind to the thrones.」After saying so, I went up the stairs and sat on my throne. I then started assigning the thrones to the girls. On my right, from closest to furthest, are Lilya, Fiona, Tiana, Flora, and Rosanna. On my left are Loretta, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Claudia, and Alena. Once everyone was seated, I spoke to the crowd.

“I will teleport all blood attendants to their quarters within the castle. As of right now, all there is in each room is a bed. You will need to go up to the bed and place your hand on it while thinking to infuse your coffin into it. This will allow your instincts to activate, which will then do the rest for you. You will be able to customize the room to your liking by infusing mana into the room and visualizing what it is you want. The more detailed the visual is, the more mana it costs. The mana you use will, in turn, slightly strengthen both you and me as well. So I highly encourage you to make your rooms as detailed and filled out as possible. You can edit things after you have already made them, so I recommend that you always work to improve the things you make as well as make more. I believe you can make rugs that become softer and more detailed the more mana you infuse into them. The same is true for the beds and other soft materials. You can experiment once I teleport you to your rooms. I will contact you all and then teleport you back when it's time for me to teach you all to use your abilities.” I was just about to teleport them when I remembered something. “If you want to get a head start on learning your abilities, then you can find the other blood attendants who should be in their rooms.” After saying that, I teleported them.

“With that settled, it's almost time to assign you all your plots within the city,” I began saying to the Blood Champions and their families.

“But before I assign you your plots, I need to create districts.” I then telepathically spoke to the girls. 

「To create the districts, I need to bind those with the proper specialization to the district management chair within the governance building of the district. I already have ideas for what districts I want and who will be the managers. For the Capital District, I will be making Fiona the Manager. Then I want Flora to govern an agricultural District, while Rosanna will govern an industrial district. I want Loretta to govern a commercial district, while I want Elizabeth to govern a residential district.」 

When I mentioned Elizabeth, I felt the shock of each of the girls. I was already expecting them to be surprised, so I began to explain my reasoning. 

「I know what you are all thinking, but Elizabeth is the most fitting person for the role. I would say that the importance of the role is perhaps the most important, save for maybe the industrial district. That said, Elizabeth is now a Blood Consort, and while I understand that I forced it on her, that doesn’t change the fact that we now have an eternally unbreakable bond. I will treat all of you the same, regardless of your opinion of me. So, Elizabeth, do you wish to remain miserable for the rest of eternity, moping about being forcefully turned, or will you face your new reality head-on?」

After I asked that I waited for Elizabeth’s response.
