Sang-ook's P.O.V.
The Next Morning
I stared at the sleeping woman as she slept in her hospital bed. She has been asleep as long as I have been here. Is she okay? The doctors say her tests are fine, but what if they are wrong? Her eyes fluttered open before she looked at me. As she noticed me, she rolled her eyes and turned her body away from me. “Leave”
“Charley-” I said before walking in her view. “Listen-”
“The doctors said my tests were fine. You can go to work. If any issue happens, my family is here. They will call you.”
“Call? I want to wait a little longer.”
“For what? Me to die?” She said, lowering her voice. I moved a little closer to her ear.
“To make sure you are okay.” I whispered before looking at her. A blush came to her face, and her eyes looked away from me.
“You are too over your head, lover boy.”
“I'm not and don't call me that. I'm not in love with you-”
“Save it. Anyway, you should call Gabi. I know you have been ignoring her. The longer you do that, the angrier she is going to get. You can't just start something and then stop it. You need to talk it out.” She said she kissed my cheek. I know there was a chance she likely did that for show just in case one of her family members woke up amid our conversation, but it's strange. Charley laid back down and closed her eyes.
“I will go to work, but make sure you call me when you get back to the estate. I have a feeling you may get medicine to take for your lip. Make sure to keep the maids informed. In the meantime, is there anything you want me to bring you back?”
“Nothing. Just go to work. Also, I see you ignored my advice about Gabi, so I will say this. If you play stupid games, you get stupid prizes.”
“See you after work Charley.” I kissed her cheek and left.

The Bin's Third Estate, 6 PM
I stood in front of the estate as Cher, Janie, my mother, and my father stood beside me with open mouths in shock. There was no doubt they felt surprised. It is their first time seeing this place. “Honey, this is your new place?” My mother asked. I nodded.
“Yes.” A few hours ago, I told them the truth. The truth is that Sang-ook and I are engaged. It wasn't much of a surprise. The media told them everything before I could. They nearly flipped, but hearing that I also moved in with him recently nearly caused them to have a heart attack.
“Charley, are you sure you two are not moving on too fast?” My father asked. It's surprising to hear him ask that, knowing that he proposed to my mother a few days after meeting her.
“I'm adamant. I cannot see myself with anyone else besides Sang-ook.” I said. I walked up the steps and made my way to the porch. The four quickly followed.
“Where is he, anyway? He wasn't there when we woke up.” My mother asked.
“I told him he could go to work. He didn't want to, but I told him I was fine.” The front door opened by the maid, I remember Sang-ook calling Amanda.
I guess Sang-ook told
her I would be on my way
“Good evening Ms. Wolffe.” She said before taking my purse.
“Good evening, Amanda,” I said before leading everyone inside. I took off my shoes.
“This is beautiful,” Cher said as she looked around.
“Yeah”

New Bin Corp, Sang-ook's Office
I watched Charley walk inside with her family and Janie through my phone on the security app. As they took off their shoes, my shoulders sank.
Good
“I was thinking of the wedding being in December right after Christmas but before New Years. That way, while people are with their family, they have something to watch together or people traveling have something to watch.” I looked up to see my father with a bright smile and already printed out wedding plans. He's treating this as if this is his wedding.
“You’re interested in Charley's plan? I thought you wanted her dead.” I said.
“I did, but she was right. Plus, I looked a little deeper into what Charley has done for Golexi and saw that she is the reason why their company made more than ours last year. She predicted that people would go back to their technological roots, which got her company to create products such as the Omegafly disposable camera and start creating and selling their S-Portal game system they once discontinued. Their sales went through the roof. We need her, so I approve of this marriage. You love her anyway, right? So this works out.”
Why does everyone
keep saying that
“I am not in love with Charley and say that Charley and I get married in December. How can a wedding be planned in only a month? Plus, did you forget? She has the goal of making us miserable.”
“Your mother and I know people, remember? Who do you think was able to get that venue in Greece for Ye-won and Min-kyu's wedding? Your mother and I. That dress Ye-won wore. Your mother and I. Not to mention the decorations. Guess who did that?”
“Mom and you?” I questioned.
“Yes.”
“You do remember that Charley is a designer who has had a history of making her own clothes. Who is to say she wouldn't want to create her wedding dress or my suit or even the bridesmaid's dresses?” He went into thought.
“You're right. When you go home tonight, try to convince her to do something fairy tale-themed. She's coming home from the hospital tonight, right?”
He's not thinking
outside of this wedding
“She is,” I said.
“Good anyway don't kill her anymore. We need her more than anything.”
“And if she tries to kill me?”
“Calm her down. She speaks about you having a soft spot for her, but she is not different. Remember, she said she wanted to believe that your actions of taking her out and showing love to her were real?”
She may have said
that to screw with me.
“Sang-ook!” a feminine voice boomed through the hallway outside my office. I looked away from my father and towards the door. From that voice I heard in the hallway, there was no doubt that it was her. My doors burst open. Standing there had been a sienna skin tone, average height, curvy woman with long curled black hair, turquoise eyes, and dressed in a long black sundress.
“Gabi”
