PROTOCOL 3:
IF PERSONNEL FAIL TO MAINTAIN PERFORMANCE, IT WILL RESULT IN A AUDIT AND POSSIBLE DEMOTION BY EVALUATION OFFICER
PROTOCOL 4:
BEFORE DEPLOYMENT, ALL UNITS / PERSONNEL MUST HAVE THEIR DESIRED AUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT SECURED ON THEIR PERSON, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN EVALUATION / OR IMMEDIATE DISCHARGE AND PROCESSING
PROTOCOL 5:
ALL PERSONNEL MUST SUBMIT REQUESTS FOR AUTHORIZED USE FOR SPECIFIC LOADOUTS OR MUST BE WITHIN A RED ZONE LOCATION.
PROTOCOL 6:
UNITS MUST HAVE 20 OR MORE PERSONNEL CAPABLE OF PROVIDING HEALTHCARE TO PERSONNEL LISTED IN THEIR SPECIFIED PLANETARY MEDICAL PROCEDURES FOR MULTIPLE CITIZENS ((CHECK MEDICAL MANDATES SECTION FOR LISTED CITIZEN ON GANTUN). IF A CITIZEN IS NOT LISTED DURING AN EMERGENCY, ALERT THE GALACTIC CENTER OF HEALTH AND SCHEDULE A MEDICAL PROCEDURE
PROTOCOL 7:
PERSONNEL UNWILLING TO APPREHEND SUSPECTS DUE TO FAMILY RELATIONS OR OTHERWISE WILL BE DISCHARGED AND PROCESSED

ALL PERSONNEL MUST BE PHYSICALLY EVALUATED ON A MONTHLY BASES
PROTOCOL 10:
ALL PERSONNEL MUST TAKE A MONTHLY WEAPONS SAFETY TEST
PROTOCOL 11:
ALL PERSONNEL MUST TAKE A YEARLY MENTAL TEST PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
PROTOCOL 12:
ALL PERSONNEL MUST ATTEND GALACTIC COUNCIL BROADCASTING EVENTS SUCH AS: GENERAL PLANETARY POLICY ANNOUNCEMENTS, SPECIFIED PLANETARY LAWS TO COME INTO EFFECT, CHANGE OF THE HIGH CHAIR OR SPECIFIED PLANETARY CHAIRMEMBER, ETC.
PROTOCOL 13:
ALL UNITS ARE SUBJECTED TO YEARLY PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
PROTOCOL 14:
ANY PERSONNEL MAKING REQUESTS FOR TRANSFER MUST FILL OUT A FORM AND SEND IT TO THE TRANSFER MANAGEMENT SECTOR. ALL TRANSFERS ARE PROCESSED / MAINTAINED BY THE TRANSFER MANAGEMENT SECTOR AND NOT THE UNIT ITSELF. EVALUATION OFFICERS FROM T.M.S. WILL CONDUCT A THOROUGH ANALYSIS OF THE FORM AND EVALUATE THE REQUESTING PERSONNEL.
IN ORDER TO PROCESS AN IMMEDIATE TRANSFER, UNIT CHIEF’S MUST MANDATE THAT PERSONNEL ATTEND AN ON-CALL EVALUATION TO DETERMINE IF A TRANSFER TO ANOTHER UNIT OR POSITION MAY BE NEEDED, THIS ORDER CAN BE GIVEN AT ANY TIME OF THE WORK CYCLE AND SHOULD BE PRIORITIZED UPON BEING NOTIFIED IN AN IMMEDIATE MANNER
PROTOCOL 15:
GRANTS THE AUTHORITY OF UNIT CHIEF OR ABOVE TO TRANSFER PERSONNEL TO ANOTHER UNIT OR ANOTHER UNIT POSITION IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN A STANDARD MORALE
PROTOCOL 16:
UNITS / PERSONNEL MAY NOT EXPRESS NOR COERCE INDIVIDUALS BY EXTERIOR RELIGIOUS BELIEFS
PROTOCOL 17:
UNITS / PERSONNEL MUST BE READY AT ALL TIMES FOR SUMMONS BY AN ELITE MEMBER OF A POLITICAL PARTY, FAILURE TO APPEAR BY SELECTED PERSONNEL MAY RESULT IN AUDIT
PROTOCOL 18:
PROTESTS AND OTHER ACTS OF CIVIL INDECENCY ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER THE G.P AND WILL RESULT IN ARREST AND DISBARMENT FROM GALACTIC COUNCIL RELATED JOBS

PROTOCOL 2:
ANY PERSONNEL MAY FILE A GRIEVANCE REPORT ON A SUPERIOR OFFICER IF THAT SUPERIOR OFFICER IS VIOLATING PROTOCOL(S)
PROTOCOL 3:
GRIEVANCES FILED AT A CERTAIN TIME FRAME AFTER AN INCIDENT HAS OCCURED WILL BE NULL AND VOID
PROTOCOL 4:
GRIEVANCES FILED BEFORE A “TERMS AND POLICY” UPDATE ARE STILL VALID UNLESS PAGE 3: PROTOCOL 3 COMES INTO EFFECT
PROTOCOL 5:
UNITS / PERSONNEL HAVE RIGHTS TO STANDARD PRIVACY DURING WORK AREAS UNLESS ACTIVITIES PERMEATE VIOLATIONS OF PROTOCOLS
PROTOCOL 6:
UNITS / PERSONNEL HAVE RIGHTS TO 1 HOUR BREAKS DURING WORK HOURS AND 2 1 HOUR BREAKS DURING 14 HOUR SHIFTS. ALL UNITS / PERSONNEL MUST BE PREPARED FOR PANDEMIC EMERGENCIES, THIS INCLUDES PREPARATIONS FOR UNIT / PERSONNEL QUARANTINES, ANY UNIT VIOLATING THIS PROTOCOL WILL BE ARRESTED AND QUARANTINED OFF WORLD

UNITS / PERSONNEL MAY CONTACT THE GALACTIC BOARD OF LAW FOR ADVICE AND AID IN CHALLENGING A PROTOCOL VIOLATION
PROTOCOL 11:
PERSONNEL THAT QUALIFY UNDER THE E.C.A MAY CONTACT THE ENDANGERED CITIZEN BOARD OF LAW TO ISSUES GRIEVANCES - DO NOT FILE GRIEVANCES THROUGH NON-E.S METHODS OTHERWISE YOU WILL WAIT A LONG TIME
PROTOCOL 12:
IF PERSONNEL SUSTAIN INJURIES RENDERING THEM INCAPABLE OF WORK, THEY MAY TAKE A PAID LEAVE UNTIL THEIR INJURIES ARE CLEARED BY A G.P DOCTOR
PROTOCOL 13:
PERSONNEL ARE ENTITLED TO HOLIDAY VACATIONS SHOULD THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENT
PROTOCOL 14:
ALL PERSONNEL LOSE VOTING RIGHTS DURING THEIR ENLISTMENT IN THE GALACTIC PROTECTORATE

PROTOCOL 20:
PERSONNEL WHO QUALIFY UNDER THE E.C.A (SEE E.C.A LAWS FOR MORE DETAIL) MAY HAVE ACCESS TO MILITARY GRADE WEAPONRY AFTER A FORM HAS BEEN SENT TO THE E.C.A, - THESE WEAPONS CANNOT BE RETRIEVED AT ANY G.P INFRASTRUCTURE AND MUST BE REQUESTED AT A DESIGNATED PLANETARY MILITARY BASE (E.G: THE UNITED ARMIES OF GANTUN ON PLANET GANTUN)
PROTOCOL 21:
PERSONNEL WHO QUALIFY UNDER THE E.C.A ARE ENTITLED TO NON-HOLIDAY VACATIONS IF THEIR SOCRED SCORE IS ABOVE NOMINAL NUMBERS
