Chapter 9

The monster looked through the hole, and saw a demon the size of Elflem itself. Samuel’s Infinite shield wasn’t going to hold something that big. The hole opened, and the entire hand of the monster emerged. It started to emerge. The more it came out, the harder it was to keep the shield in place. Samuel couldn’t focus enough to blast HIM back into the void.

“You will never be able to defeat me. This world has flourished with my magic.” HIM says through the void.

“This world is incredible, especially with its magic. You won’t destroy any of the magic, but I know you’ll destroy the ones using that magic.” Samuel said back,

“There’s always one who gets hurt, but the ones who thrive are the ones that will live. Especially in the new world, with me and the controllers and even you if you want.”

“If your world is so great, then why did you cause chaos for thousands of years?” Samuel said,

“Like I said, small consequences for those who don’t follow.” Said HIM

“Well I guess I have a few consequences in my future huh?” Samuel said, HIM roared. He pushed both of his hands out of the hole, he snapped his fingers. The shield around Samuel fell, he looked at HIM. He shot a blast of energy at him, one of its hands quivered. He then sent his entire form out of the hole, it then settled and faded.

A creature the shape of a man started standing up, and looked at Samuel. “Well, well. It’s the Master Knight himself, everyone!” Many people started shouting, and waving flags. “But, we first need to address his question. Do you have a few consequences in your future? That’s for you to decide.”

HIM had escaped, and now it was Samuel's responsibility to stop him. He really needed help with this one, and now HIM was getting stronger. Plus they only had a week before going back to earth.
