Chapter 10

“So, are we going to tell them?” Colton asked Tarin, “Because if we don’t we’re going to be in huge trouble.”

Train nodded, “Ya, if they keep doing this research it’s going to be bad. Not just for us but for them we don’t want them finding out we’re superheroes, or they might be in terrible trouble.”

Max came from the right of them, and startled Colton and Tarin. “I agree, if we tell them we eliminate any threat that might be caused to them in the future.”

Tarin nodded, “Thank you, now come on Aaron’s probably already at lunch.”

Tarin, Colton, and Max all ran to lunch and sat at their table. Sorra and Eithan looked a bit off today, like they were hiding something. They were both also looking at Tarin, he got bored of it.

“Alright, what’s up?” Tarin asked,

“We should be asking you that!” Sorra said, “You guys never hang out anymore, and are always doing things. What’s up?”

Tarin looked at his superhero friends and nodded, then they all looked at eachother. Then nodded back, and smiled.

“Alright! It’s decided, meet us after school in the park.” Max said,

Once school ended they all walked to the park and into the woods, where their secret hideout was.

“Why are we here? It smells like sewage water.” Eithan complained,

Colton smiled, “That’s the point, nobody comes over here. So we can work here in peace.”

Sorra looked confused, “Work on what?”

Tarin walked in front, “We’ll show you, but only because we trust you.” Sorra and Eithan both nodded, Tarin ran around them at super speeds. “We’re superheroes.” All at the same time all of his friends showed off their amazing abilities, Max picked up a boulder with one hand, Colton jumped to a tree branch, and Aaron was flying.

Sorra and Eithan eyes were wide and mouths were hanging open, they were amazed. Sorra nodded, “So when can we join the Bio-squad.”

Aaron, still flying, threw his hands into the air. “Really Bio-squad?”

“Do you have any other ideas?” Max asked,

Aaron summoned a blast of energy in his hand, “You know I can shoot energy at your face right?”

Tarin stopped them, and turned to Sorra and Eithan “So come in, and welcome to the world of superheroes.”
