Chapter 5

Another week went by and no sign of the new supervillain team Eithan had dubbed the Villainous Generations, being that most of them seemed to be the same generation and of course they were all villains. Eithan had also been starting to create arch nemesis for each of them, but that wasn’t going too well.

“Dark Dash is obviously Tarin’s, but I’m not too sure about Max and The Master of the Mind. It would make sense, but I don’t know about it. I think it would be Aaron and Voltress, but then again she’s electricity…”

“Eithan, I don’t really want to talk about who my arch nemesis is right now. I just want to try and find him.” A ring came from Tarin’s phone, when he looked at it it was his mom. He read it, ‘Hey, what do you want for dinner? Spanish chicken, or pasta?’ Tarin had been trying to avoid his mom, not for any reason other than to protect her. He texted back pasta and continued modifying Eithan and Sorra’s suits; he'd decided to make them nano suits, in fact he’d made everyone’s suit’s nano suits. Everyone got their own nano suit, and they were all customized to the max. “There we go.” Tarin threw Eithan his nano and immediately it started to form on Eithan's arm.

“Wow, it's red and orange?” He said.

“Ya, you're all about fire and crimson. Also red is my thing.” Tarin smiled.

He just frowned, “Alright.” He let it flow all throughout his body, and it showed a fire-like colored suit with crimson eyes and a flame-shaped head. “Ok, this is really cool.” An alarm sounded and Tarin ran to the computers, “You know you can just ask me to answer the alert, right?”

Tarin shrugged, “Ya, but I made the system so I should be allowed to use it.” He found an alert on a supervillain, singular. It was Quakeviper, the rock guy. Tarin smiled, “How about we show the world who Crimson Blaze is?”

Eithan smiled, “Alright, this is going to be cool.”

Eithan had a hard time flying to the sight of Quakeviper, but they’d both made it to the villains' chaos. He smiled when he saw them.

“The hero, it’s good to see you. Who is your friend?” He asked.

Tarin nodded toward Eithan, “Crimson Blaze, but I’d like to ask why you intend to be here?”

“Well, our friend Dark Dash told all of us we could do whatever we wanted with our powers he’s gifted us.” Tarin activated his distress signal, the others were probably doing stuff, but it would be good to have them here. He didn’t have any powers he thought would help against Quakeviper. “So I wanted a little fight, because you are all my new friends. Even you newbie.”

Eithan looked angry, the only way Tarin could tell was his fires increasing. “Alright you want a fight, I’ll give you a fight.” Eithan shot multiple firebolts at the supervillain, Quakeviper created a rock shield.

“Ha, this is exactly what I wanted. Excellent newbie!” Quakeviper threw the rock shield he’d created right at Eithan, Eithan created a ray of fire but it didn’t help. The fire went right around the rock, Eithan was hit by the rock.

Tarin came over the intercoms, “Listen Eithan, he’s trying to make you mad! You need to think smart!”

“Got it.” Said Eithan.

Tarin ran at Quakeviper and released an electric pulse at the man, he fell back to the ground. Tarin saw a bunch of screens around him turn off from the wave. Quakeviper got up, and shot multiple spikes at Tarin. Tarin dodged all of them with ease, but Eithan was getting angrier by the moment. He kept throwing fire and Tarin kept having to dodge them.

“Hey Eithan watch it, you have to be calm.” Said Tarin.

“I am calm!”

“Obviously not!” Tarin landed a good punch on Quakeviper, but he punched the ground and disappeared.

After the ground settled Eithan came over to Tarin, “Why didn’t you hit him! We could have gotten him!” He said.

“Eithan, you can’t always get the bad guys. Trust me I know that more than anyone, but we have to know when to stop. When to know that we can’t beat them, and sadly that happens sometimes.” Tarin looked at Eithan, who was sitting on the ground now. “Hey, you're getting better at flying.”

“Both you and Sorra are getting increasingly good at using your abilities, and you're just going to get better at them.” Eithan smiled.

“Thanks.” He said.

Tarin got a text from his mom. They’d wired their suits to their phones, it read; ‘Hey, Dr. Méndez showed up. He asked if he could have dinner with us, can you take a break from studying?’ He’d told his mom he was studying with his friends today!? Dr. Méndez with his mom was not good, and was nowhere in the agreement they’d made almost a year ago now.

“I got to go.” He turned but looked back, “Contact everyone, and send them to my house. Tell them Dark Dash is at my house.” Tarin ran before any questions were asked, but he sent out a distress signal to his friends just in case. ‘Lv 5!’ He put.

Dr. Myer came over the intercom, “A level 5? What’s going on? Eithan texted me something about Méndez…”

“He’s at my house, he’s with my mom. He wants to talk to me and threaten me, Quakeviper was a distraction! Contact everyone, and do it quickly.” Tarin yelled to him.

“Got it their on their way now.” Myer said.

It was time to see what was happening to the two Dashes.
