This project started out as a cartoon series that we were working on back in 2013 through our production company Fenrir Films. We made a proof of concept trailer that Hilmar animated over course of a few weeks: https://vimeo.com/85647733.
Sadly we never got funding for the project and during our final attempt to get funding we made these two issues out of what would have been the first episode.
This project was very much a labor of love and it pained us to put it on ice. But we vowed to revisit some time later in a few years. Mayhaps we'll be more famous then which might help us get some money to make this dream a reality.
We hope you liked this tiny fraction of the tale we had planned and hopefully one day you'll be able to see a full fledged cartoon series based on this comic.
